St. Bonaventure received six vote points in the new Associated Press Top 25 ballot released on Monday, its first votes since 2018.

Dayton Daily News beat reporter David Jablonski ranked the Bonnies No. 21 on his ballot, while Scott Richey of The News-Gazette in Champaign, Ill. ranked them No. 25.

Bona, in the midst of a six-game win streak and leading the Atlantic 10, ranked No. 41 in the poll, 111 vote points behind No. 25 Louisville. Louisville placed on 30 voters’ ballots and was ranked in the top 20 on eight of a possible 64 ballots.

The Saint Louis Billikens came in 22nd this week, the only ranked A-10 squad.

The Bonnies garnered votes during seven weeks of the 2017-18 season, including narrowly finishing behind Rhode Island for the No. 25 spot during the last week of the regular campaign.
