Jake Shuler struck out nine and allowed four hits and two walks in a complete game effort to pick up the win. Tyler Holmes, Andrew Wallman and Jackson Sullivan led the Brooks Shepard offense with a hit and an RBI apiece. Frank Lauricella led Braman’s offense going 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Lauricella, Derek Oji, and Jacob LaPlant allowed six hits and four walks in a losing effort. The trio combined to strike out 8.

Connor Hong struck out eight and allowed just two hits and zero earned runs over six innings. Jayson Russell finished 1-for-3 with two RBI. Victor Torres stole three bases. Mike Ruta and Ryan Ballard had a double apiece as Greece improved to 3-0/2-0.
