Nate VanDeVoorde finished 2-for-3 including a go-ahead RBI single in the seventh when Fairport scored four times and went on to win its eighth straight game. VanDeVoorde brought home James Poligone. Will Stanek followed with a two-run base hit and drove in the eventual game winner. VanDeVoorde started and struck out three over five innings of work. Will Nunn worked a scoreless inning of relief to pick up the win. Nicholas Rene got the last two outs of the game to register a save. Stanek went 3-for-4 in the win. Sam Miller was 2-for-4. Grant Ludwig scored a run. Sam Roselli had an RBI. Steven Kraus brought home a pair with a two-out double and staked Hilton to 2-0 lead in the third. The Cadets led 2-1 heading into the seventh inning. Kraus walked and finished with three RBI. Ryan Wahl singled and scored. John DiBattisto walked twice and score.

Max Spitz capped an eighth-inning rally with bases-loaded walk-off hit in the eighth inning as Irondequoit won its third straight game. Colby Mroczek started the rally with a single. Alex Kozak struck out 10 over 6.1 innings of work. Taylor Filighera doubled and drove in two. Carraig Jones added a double Landon Bryan had two hits and two RBI.

Connor Osier struck out 11 and scattered two hits and two walks over six scoreless as Athena rebounded from back-to-back losses. Osier retired 11 of 12 from the end of the second inning through the fifth. The University of Houston commit recorded four ground ball outs. Osier also singled and had two RBI. Sammy Saucke went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored to pace the Athena offense. Parker Goodness was 2-for-4 with a double and two runs scored. Derrick Allen doubled, walked, drove in a run and scored another. Michael Coyle singled and scored. Camron Cook was 2-for-4. Nick O’Toole retired all three batters he faced in a scoreless inning of relief for the Trojans. David D’Ambrosia had both of the Brockport hits.

Jack Kelly 2-for-4 with two RBI while Orlando Figueroa 2-for-5 with two runs scored. Kelly struck out nine over five innings and allowed three runs on four hits and two walks. Anthony Liberti fanned two over two scoreless innings of relief. Rush-Henrietta’s Matthew Turner went 1-for-2 with a double, run scored and an RBI.

Mekhi Fortes connected on a one-out RBI single in the bottom eighth to bring home Cole Grazioplene, and Batavia walked off with its fourth win in the past five games. Grazioplene went 2-for-5 with a double, three stolen and hurled a scoreless inning of relief to pick up the win. Maggio Buchholz finished 3-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored to lead the Batavia offense. Jameson Motyka went 2-for-4 with a run. Fortes worked three walks and scored a run. Evan Alexander added a hit. HF-L’s Landon Hammond 2-for-4 with a run. Connor Finn singled and stole a base. Aidan Neenan singled, drove in a run and scored twice. Carson Meehan singled and scored. The Cougars scored five in the fourth to take a 6-4 lead.

Nico Freville and Ashton Kwoka combined on a four-hit shutout to lead Spencerport. Freville started and struck out 11 over five innings of work. Kwoka retired all six batters he faced – two on strikes. Zach Lamberton staked the Rangers to an early 2-0 lead with a two-run double in the first inning. Frank Grad finished 3-for-3 including a run-scoring double in a five-run third inning. Grad also walked and scored in the win. Lorenzo Tantalo went 3-for-3 with a run scored. Kyle Milburn was 2-for-2 with a walk, two RBI and two runs scored. Dan Foos singled, walked, drove in a run and scored another. Collin Bates drove in a run with a base hit. Noah Barravecchia singled and scored. Joe Clark and Ryan Peacock both walked and scored. Shaun Cannon added a hit for the Rangers. Arcadia’s Dom Zona, Joe Zona and Nick Maggi had a hit apiece. Jordan Howe struck out three and allowed four runs (three earned) on seven hits and one walk over 6.2 innings of work. Gavin DeBlase singled, walked, drove in a run and scored another. Jack Salerno singled and drove in two runs. Noah Wagner and Grady Hopkin both singled and scored. Gates Chili’s Bruce Hanna went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored. Andrew McManus was 2-for-4. Nate Brinza drove in three to help stake Canandaigua to a 5-0 lead and then tossed five and two-thirds scoreless innings of relief as the Gray Wolves won their seventh straight game. Brinza went 3-for-3 at the plate with a walk and run scored. He brought in a run with a triple in the first and plated two more with a two-out single in the second. The junior struck out eight and scattered two hits and a walk for the win. Nate Barone went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in the win. Lucas Delforte and Payton Holtby both singled and scored. Cole Harris walked twice and crossed home once. Jack Clark, Cam Clark and Josh Barnes each had a single. Tre Walker and Lucas Leone singled and drove in two runs apiece when Aquinas scored four runs to cut the Canandaigua lead to one. AQ’s Jared Swift finished 1-for-2 with a walk.

Michael Alvarez struck out nine over three and two-third innings and reached base all four times he came to the plate as Edison/SWW rebounded from a loss to win for the fourth time in the past five games. Alvarez finished 2-for-2 with a pair of doubles, three RBI and four runs scored. His two-run two-bagger in the first was part of a five-run frame. Felix Vazquez cleared the bases with a double and scored twice. Jaydkiel Diaz doubled, walked twice and scored twice. Clayton Ellington Jr. walked twice and scored a run. Jariel Castoire, Jayvion Phillips and Javier Sosa each scored a run for Franklin.

He singled and scored in a five-run third inning when East took a lead it did not surrender at 6-2. Emille Diaz went 2-for-3 with two RBI in the win, and Eric Jones connected on a solo home run. Bloomfield’s Levi Gumaer had a solo home run of his own. David Nowak singled and drove in a run. Braedon Diaz had two hits.

Wadsworth and Maddox Stoughton both finished 2-for-3 with a run scored. Henry Shutts was 2-for-3 with a walk and an RBI. Jonathan Frick was 2-for-4. Owen Switzer singled, walked, drove in a run and scored. Cooper Grassel retired all six batters he faced in relief to pick up the win. Gauge Johnson singled, drove in a run and scored for Sodus which pushed across pairs of runs in the second and fourth innings to take a 4-0 lead. Parker Orbaker doubled and scored for the Spartans. BradynOrbaker walked twice and scored. Logan Bulman collected two walks and two RBI. Bulman struck out eight over seven innings of work.

Matt Clark picked up his fourth pitching victory of the season scattering five hits over seven innings striking out three. Markus Brehm was 1-for-2 with five stolen bases and two runs scored. Seth Eadie struck out 13 in five innings for Livonia and also went 2-for-4 with a double at the plate. Connor Feehan and Jack Tabeau collected a single apiece for the Bulldogs.

Tino LoPresto struck out 10 in a complete-game effort and Pal-Mac won its second straight game and fourth in the past five. The senior first baseman plated a pair with two-out single in the third and brought in another with a sacrifice fly in the fifth. Isiah Stephens singled, walked and scored twice. Tony Porpora walked and scored. JB Conklin was 2-for-3 with a double. Waterloo’s Dylan Bienvenue singled and walked. Jayden Mansell singled, walked and drove in a run. Dylan Caraballo also had a hit for the Tigers.

Pembroke’s Anthony Abbatiello doubled.

Trey Buchholz struck out five over a five-inning one-hitter, and Bolivar-Richburg bounced back from its first loss of the season. After surrendering a leadoff hit, Buchholz retired eight straight before hitting a batter. The senior faced two over the minimum. Buchholz and Landon Barkley both finished 3-for-3 at the plate. Buchholz doubled, walked, drove in two and scored once. Barkley crossed home three times and drove in two. Caden Allen tripled and scored twice. Tavyn MacDonell doubled, walked, drove in a run and scored two more. Reiss Gaines collected a walk and an RBI. Kingston Loucks had two RBI and two runs scored.
