Batavia’s football team advanced to the state semifinals and limited practices for the Blue Devil hoops squad in the month of November.

Cam Miller grabbed a team-high 18 rebounds and accounted for 14 points on 7-of-8 shooting. Evariste Omebe had 13 points and 10 rebounds while Christian Coleman collected 11 points and 11 boards. Kam McDonald also scored 12 points in the win. Anthony Omebe (3) and Can’Ron Haten (2) rounded out the scoring. RACS had a four-point lead at halftime and the same margin heading into the fourth quarter. The Racers overall shot 26-of-41 from the floor. Northstar’s David Eschner scored 18 points to lead the Knights. Teammate Jacob Rybczynski hit five 3-pointers for 15 points, and Justin Robinson added 14 points. Andrew Eschner contributed 12 points.
