Joey Hauser posted a double-double with 24 points and 10 rebounds to lead Michigan State to its third win in six days. Hauser, averaging 11.5 points and 10 rebounds per game, connected on 8-of-14 shots from the floor including 6-of-10 from behind the 3-point arc. Rocket Watts added 10 points and six assists in the win. Aaron Henry added 12 pints off the bench.
B. Artis White paced Western Michigan with 19 points.

In a game that featured 15 lead changes and eight ties, West Virginia used a 13-2 run late in the second half to rebound from their only loss of the season. Taz Sherman scored 12 points off the bench. The senior guard’s 3-pointer with 5:24 remaining in the game gave West Virginia a lead it did not surrender.
Trailing 60-58, Sean McNeil converted a pair of free throws, and Emmitt Matthews Jr. gave the Mountaineers a brief lead with a dunk. Jamorko Pickett tied the game for Georgetown before Sherman hit his only trey of the game.
Miles McBride led West Virginia with 17 points and seven assists. Teammate Derek Culver added 14 points and Matthews had 13.
Jahvon Blair led Georgetown with 19 points.
West Virginia lost to Gonzaga earlier in the week.

Jeremiah Moore and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl scored 19 points apiece as Villanova held off a late rally to defeat a ranked opponent for the second time this season. Robinson-Earl scored 13 points in the second half including a dunk that stretched a late Wildcats lead.
Knotted at 57, Cole Swider connected on a 3-pointer before Robinson-Earl made it a two-possession game.
Villanova took a 32-30 lead into halftime and did not trail for the remainder of the contest. The Wildcats took their largest lead of the day when Robinson-Earl converted a traditional 3-point play for a 46-38 lead. Villanova still held the eight-point advantage when Moore finished a layup for a 51-43 lead.
Texas responded, and Courtney Ramey hit a trey to tie the game at 57 with 2:37 to go. Ramey and Matt Coleman III scored 17 apiece to pace Texas.
Villanova beat then No. 18 Arizona State earlier in the season.

Kyler Edwards posted a doubled-double led five in double figures to lead Texass Tech its second straight win. Edwards scored 13 on 4-of-8 shooting to go with 11 rebounds while Niamri Burnett, Mac McClung and Terrence Shannon Jr. added 12 apiece. Jamarius Burton had 10 points.
Cam Christon led Grambling with 11 points.

Georgia Tech closed the first half on a 15-5 run and pushed their advantage to double digits less than three minutes into the second stanza. Moses Wright paced the Yellow Jackets with 21 points and eight rebounds. Bubba Parham added 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting from the floor including 3-of-6 from behind the 3-point arc. Kyle Sturdivant had 15 points off the bench for Georgia Tech.
Terrence Clarke led Kentucky with 22 points.

Paul Scruggs finished with a game-high 20 points to lead Xavier in the 88th meeting of the annual Crosstown Shootout. Scruggs connected on 6-of-10 shots from the floor and 8-of-8 from the free throw line. The game featured 17 lead changes and 11 ties. Xavier trailed 62-58. Scruggs finished a layup to give the Musketeers a lead they did not surrender at 63-62.
