Anthony Lamb (Greece Athena/University of Vermont) and Quinton Rose (Bishop Kearney/Temple University) were invited to participate in the NBA G-League pre-draft evaluation process and Pro Day, Saturday. The original event, the G-League Elite Camp, was canceled and will be conducted virtually.

The evaluation process includes eight shooting drills and a 45-minute open gym workout which are usually ran during the NBA Draft Combine. Lamb and Rose were two of 31 known college prospects to have received an invitation thus far.
Lamb, who graduated from Greece Athena High School in 2016, averaged 16.4 points, 6.5 boards and 1.4 blocks in 118 games at the University of Vermont. The 6-foot-6 forward shot 47.6 percent from the field, including 33.6 percent from long range and 78.3 percent from the free throw line.
Lamb’s best year of his collegiate career was his junior year (2018-19) when he scored 21.2 points, corralled 7.8 rebounds and swatted 1.9 shots in 32 contests. The 6-foot-6 forward netted 51.5 percent of his shots, including 36.5 percent from distance and 76.2 percent from the charity stripe. His best game of that season was on December 18, 2018 when he exploded for 42 points, six rebounds and three blocks in an 83-76 victory over Saint Bonaventure.
Rose, who graduated from Bishop Kearney High School in 2016, averaged 14.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.8 steals in 129 games at Temple University. The 6-foot-8 guard shot 40.8 percent from the field and 71.7 percent from the free throw line.
Rose’s best year of his collegiate career was his senior year (2019-20) when he scored 16.4 points, snatched five rebounds and swiped two steals in 31 contests. His best game of this past season was on January 22 when he netted 26 points on 8-of-13 shooting, including 4-of-5 from distance and 6-of-8 from the charity stripe, swatted three shots and swiped three steals against Cincinnati.
