Jon Donovan scored a game-high 23 points as Marcus Whitman surged out to a 19-2 first quarter lead en route to victory. The senior guard hit seven shots from inside the arc, a trio of three-pointers, handed out four assists and swiped four steals. Sophomore forward Ryan Herod knocked down four shots from beyond the arc and finished with 15 points. Liam Prendergrast and Jordan Lahue each netted 14 points. Prendergrast hauled in 10 rebounds. Sophomore guard Aidan Royston chipped in 11 points. Junior Seth Benedict had two along with eight assists, five rebounds and five assists. For Canisteo-Greenwood, Brennan Baker scored a team-high 18 points. The senior forward reached the free throw line nine times and made six of his attempts. Freshman guard Hunter McCaffery had 12 points. Caledonia-Mumford started the game on a 15-0 run en route to the victory. “We got off to a great start and really played with the passion and energy you need to play with in sectionals,” Caledonia-Mumford head coach Dan Dickens said after the win. Vin Molisani poured in a career-high 30 points. The junior guard grabbed six rebounds, dished out six assists and swiped a pair of steals. “Vinny really was able to get in the open court for us tonight and really played like the leader he is for us,” Dickens said about Molisani. Colin Guldenschuh, Joe Laursen, and Kyle Wade each chipped in eight points. For Clyde-Savannah, sophomore forward Camden Chance scored 19 points. Caledonia-Mumford advances to play Naples in the class C3 semifinals. “We are looking forward to Monday’s semi-final game,” Dickens said.

Junior forward Riley Stella scored 16 points. Sophomore James Kennedy contributed 13. For Pavilion, senior forward Ryley Elliot netted 20 points. Nate Swede chipped in eight. York advances to play Lyndonville in the class C3 semifinals. “We fully understand how good Lyndonville is and know it will take a heck of an effort to compete with a team of their caliber!,” Orman said.

Leading by 11 at halftime, Naples started the third quarter on a 10-0 run en route to the victory. Senior guard Cole Rathbun scored 23 points and handed out five assists. Adam Quarterman scored 12 points. Ben Gordon netted eight points, pulled down 10 rebounds and swiped four steals. Nick Green had six points, three assists and three steals. Sophomore guard Ben Green chipped in four points. Senior guard Nick Clearman had two points and collected four rebounds. The Big Green forced 22 turnovers and shot 53 percent from the floor. For Oakfield-Alabama, junior guard Joey Burdick scored 16 points. Senior forward Nick Wissinger netted 12 points, grabbed five rebounds and swiped three steals. Sophomore guard Travis Wiedrich had four points and three steals. Ty Mott chipped in four points of his own. Ty Kornow had two points, two steals, and two assists. Peyton Yasses pulled down five rebounds and blocked a pair of shots. Naples advances to play Caledonia-Mumford in the class C3 semifinals.

Prattsburgh jumped out to a 26-6 lead at the end of the first quarter behind 18 points from junior guard Mason Putnam. The Prattsburgh Vikings took a 55-28 halftime lead. Junior guard Ammon Anderson scored 10 points in the third quarter as the Vikings built an 83-43 edge. For the night, Putnam amassed a game-high 35 points. Anderson finished with 20. Sophomore forward Kris Johnson added 13 points. For Destiny Christian, junior forward Jimmy Clark scored a team-high 22 points. Juan Martinez and Leda Marrassa each netted 17. Sophomore center Mark Hart added 12. Prattsburgh advances to play Romulus in the class D2 semifinals.

Colton Dillon scored 12 of his game-high 31 points in the first half to pace Elba to a 36-13 lead going in the locker room. Dillon connected 10 times from the floor including twice behind the arc to pace the Lancers who will play Belfast in the class D2 semifinals. Jon Boyce added 13 points. Evan Hare scored seven, and C.J. Gottler had five. Jordan Sutryk paced Bradford with eight points. Other scorers: Bradford – Michael English (3), Steven Spina (6), Blaze Machuga (1), Joseph Miller (4), Kobi Wakeman (3), and Benjamin Lucas (5).
