Bonnies find new baseball head coach

By KEVIN L. SMITH The St. Bonaventure University baseball team has found its new head coach. According to Kendall Rogers of D1Baseball.com via Twitter, the Bonnies hired Herkimer Community College head coach Jason Rathbun to lead the squad. Zach Allen and James Capellupo led the way as Greece Post 468 defeated Whitestown Post 1113, 3-0 and Rockland Pirates Black Leo Laders Post 130, 11-0 to open the 2022 New York State American Legion Senior Tournament Championship on Tuesday. The Rochester Red Wings lost to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders on Tuesday, 12-5. The defeat puts the Red Wings at 47-47 on the year, five games back in the International League East race.
