Jordan Brozak and Sienna Olney combined for six hits, six runs scored and five RBI as host Hilton used a seven-run third inning to defeat Churchville-Chili, 16-5 in Section V Softball action, Sunday.
The duo both crossed home in the third when the Cadets sent 12 to the plate and pulled away from a three-run game.
Brozak finished 3-for-5 at the plate with three runs scored and two RBI. Olney was 3-for-5 with three runs scored and three RBI.
Lucy Murphy singled, walked twice and scored three runs in the win. The senior also added two RBI. Paige Siciliano had two hits and scored three runs. Ava Brugno crossed home twice. Naomi Rosario collected two RBI and scored once.
Hilton (3-4) scored four runs in the first and added a run in the second before taking a 12-2 lead into the fourth inning.
Rosario and Bri Delisanti combined for the win.
Olivia Gallina had an RBI, and Julianna Saporito scored. Ki Kinmond had a hit.
Cassidy Wilt finished 3-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored to lead Churchville-Chili (2-6). Malena Leastman was 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored. Bailey DiGiacomo went 2-for-3 with two RBI. Brooke DiGiacomo singled and scored twice. Jordan Sassone and Savanna Sandow had a single apiece.
