The Red Raiders worked 27 walks in the win. Shana Devlin scored four runs. Ella Upchurch came home three times. Elianna Rouland, Jordin Ingalls, and Aleigha D’Amato each scored twice. Newark’s Khloe Paul singled, had a sacrifice and three RBI. Ryann LaRue singled, scored and drove in two runs.

Emma LaBour finished 3-for-4 including a go-ahead, two-out RBI double as Midlakes erased a late deficit with a four-run sixth inning. Trailing 7-5, Danielle Cartwright led the inning with a base on balls. Two outs later, Cartwright scored on an Olivia Miles single. Kenzie Turner knotted the game with double of her own. LaBour came home on an error with the eventual game winner. LaBour started and struck out three over five innings of work in the circle. Turner worked two innings of relief for the win. Miles went 4-for-4 with an RBI and three runs scored. Alexis Kopetchny was 1-for-4 with two RBI. Catelin Couillard walked twice and scored a run. Cheyenne Magnum’s two-out, two-run double scored Bella Burlew and Haley Young to give Mynderse a 6-5 lead in the sixth. Stephanie Mirras doubled, walked, drove in three runs and scored another for the Blue Devils. Burlew went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored. Young was 2-for-3. Lauren McDermott and Maggie Major both collected a double. Kirsten Lajewski scored twice.
