IRONDEQUOIT (3-8) 40

Natalie Mai scored 17 points, and Mendon won its second straight game. Maeve Brennan paced Irondequoit with 11 points. Aubrey Smith had 10.

AQUINAS (7-3) 47
NICHOLS (VI) 58

Ajayah Orr connected on four 3-pointers and finished with 16 points, but it wasn’t enough as Aquinas succumbed to a late rally. Orr accounted for eight points in the first quarter when Aquinas jumped to an 18-8 lead. Jade Harvey and Molly O’Toole also connected from distance in the opening quarter. O’Toole scored 10 in the game while Harvey added seven. Layla Germany also had seven. Sienna Hinchcliffe (5) and Julianna Nkugwa (2) also scored for the Li’l Irish. The game was tied at 41 heading into the fourth quarter. Quinn Benchley paced Nichols (No. 3 NYSSWA Class A) with 16 points.

Morgan Caraballo led four in double figures with 21 points, and Waterloo (No. 4 NYSSWA Class B) won for the seventh time by double digits this season. Teammate Addison Bree finished with 14 points. Natalie DiSanto had 13 while Jazzmyn Lewis contributed 11 points in the win. Maci Mueller (5), Davonti’a Loucks (4) and Logan Amidon (1) also scored for Waterloo. Haley Mosche led Mynderse with 12 points. Kelly Kohberger added nine. Ella Wirth (6), Bella Ferrara (4), Lauren McDermott (3) and Payton Russ (2) also scored for the Blue Devils.

DUNDEE/BRADFORD (8-1) 43
HARLEY-ALLENDALE-COLUMBIA (3-7) 18

Kendall Parker finished with a game-high 26 points including 11 in the first half as Dundee/Bradford took a nine-point into the break. Kailey Yeoman added six points and eight steals in the win. Mikayla Schoffner had 10 rebounds, seven steals and two points. Lily Hall grabbed 10 rebounds. Trisha Edmister (7) and Alissa Eaves (2) rounded out the scoring for the BraveScots. The win was the seventh straight for Dundee/Bradford. Cadence Brecker led HAC with 10 points. Aryana Saedi had five points. Sawyer Hartman (2) and Olivia Strader (1) also scored for the Wolves.

BYRON-BERGEN (5-2) 35

Kaylee Marvin finished two blocks shy of a triple-double as Gananda (No. 7 NYSSWA Class C) won for the fourth time in five games. Marvin finished with a team-high 14 points including eight in the third quarter when the Blue Panthers used a 16-7 advantage to pull away from a tie game. The junior center also grabbed 20 rebounds in the win. Teammate Eva Jenny added 13 points while Nicole Cruz scored 11. Katie Rothwell (6), Nyah Cruz (2) and Madi Dohse (2) also contributed to the offense. Byron-Bergen Ava Wagoner scored 13 points to pace the Bees. Kendall Phillips had seven points. Dayanara Caballero and Zoey Shepherd added six apiece.

PAVILION (6-3) 47
WAYLAND-COHOCTON (0-10) 31

Lauren Kingsley finished with a double-double as Karlee Zinkievich paced the offense as Pavilion won for the fourth time in five games. Kingsley accounted for 15 points, 11 rebounds, five blocks, four assists and a steal. Zinkievich had 16 points, seven assists, five steals and three rebounds. Kylie Conway contributed six points, five rebounds and four steals in the win. Makayla Washburn (4), Brisel Diaz-Tolentino (4) and Kaylee Tundo rounded out the scoring for Pavilion.

Jaelyn Morris scored a game-high 19 points and Sydney Hnat added eight to pace Perry which held narrow leads of 19-17 at the half and 36-33 at the end of three quarters. READ MORE.
