Jack Cannon plated Mike Salina with a two-out walk-off single as Webster Schroeder won its third straight game. Salina singled and stole second before moving to third on a Kaleb Juliano sacrifice bunt. Korbin Juliano threw one pitch and picked up the win. The senior left-hander came on with runners on second and third in the top of the eighth and induced a ground ball with his first pitch. Jason Leonardo struck out six and allowed one earned run on three hits and one walk over 7.2 innings. Luke Pagano and Luke Kelly collected an RBI apiece for the Warriors. Athena’s Connor Osier started, fanned 10 and allowed two earned runs over 5.1 innings. Jaden Madrid had two hits and stole a base. Jayden Rapp and Sammy Saucke both collected a double. Matt Tallini drove in a run.

Tobey Wright allowed two runs on four hits and two walks over six innings as Rush-Henrietta won for the third time in four games. The senior right-hander struck out five, retired nine of the last 10 batters he faced and improved to 3-1 on the season. Joe Grzeskowiak finished 3-for-4 at the plate and scored the go-ahead run in the fourth inning. The senior reached on a two-out single, stole second and came home on a Kyle VanAuker base hit. Grzeskowiak doubled and finished with two runs scored in the game. VanAuker, Wright and Evan Brock collected two hits apiece in the win. Brock worked a clean seventh with a strike out to notch the save. Cooper Loyal paced the Victor offense going 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles and a run scored. Andrew Haugh connected on a solo shot for the Blue Devils. Carter Fink drove in a run with a sacrifice.

Ryan Fitzpatrick struck out 11 and allowed four runs (one earned) on four hits and two walks. The right-hander retired the first eight he faced in the game. Fitzpatrick finished 2-for-2 at the plate including a two-run triple in the first when ND-Batavia scored four to take a lead it did not surrender. Gavin Schrader went 2-for-3 with an RBI double in the win. Bodie Hyde paced the Oakfield-Alabama offense going 2-for-3 with a double and four RBI. The Hornets had scored a combined 44 runs in their first two games.

The Tigers broke away from a 2-2 tie by scoring twice in the seventh inning on back-to-back bases loaded walks. A hit batter, a single by Maddox Stirk and a walk loaded the bases to set up the opportunity. READ MORE.

Luke Donaghue picked up the win pitching throwing four innings on no-hit ball. Donaghue struck out three and allowed one run on four walks. Jake Cappotelli came in relief and struck out three over three innings. Cappotelli allowed two hits and did not give up an earned run. Cappotelli finished 3-for-4 at the plate with two doubles, a triple and a run scored. Kyle Wade hit a solo home run in the top of the seventh.

Kyle Wade picked up his first win of the season on the mound. Jake Cappotelli went 3-for-5 with a stolen base, an RBI and three runs scored. Camden Reed was 3-for-3 with two RBI, three runs scored and a stolen base. Casey Decker was 3-for-3 with two RBI and two runs scored.

Landon Danaher struck out 12 and walked three over six shutout to pick up the win. Trey Buchholz worked a scoreless seventh with one strike out to finish of the win. Wyatt Karnuth finished 3-for-4 with a double, four RBI and a run scored to lead the offense. Danaher 2-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored. Buchholz drove in two runs and scored another. Sophomore McCoy Putnam went the distance throwing a one hitter with seven strike outs and two walks for his first win of the season. Sawyer Devoe finished 3-for-4 with an RBI in the win. Ashton McMahon went 2-for-2 with two doubles and drove in a run. Jamel Crowder was 2-for-4 with an RBI while Putnam was 2-for-4 with three RBI. Chris Abbott had two hits. Pacey Hopkins and Hayden Abbott had one hit apiece. Ian Gee got the lone hit for Dundee/Bradford in the fifth inning.

Logan Bulman struck out 13 and allowed one earned run to pick up the win. Bradyn Orbaker fanned two in one inning of work to register a save. Orbaker went 2-for-4 with an RBI at the plate. Jacob Laird tripled and walked twice. Jed Bodine doubled, drove in a run and walked once.
