Brighton (No. 21 NYSSWA Class A) started with a 4-1 win over No. 7 seed Gates-Chili in the quarterfinals before beating Churchville-Chili in the semis.

History 101: Spencerport is looking to win its sixth straight sectional title. The Rangers are unbeaten in their past 32 contests. Spencerport has not lost to a Section V opponent since October 16th, 2019. Brighton is looking to win its fourth sectional title and first since the Bruins beat Wayne for the 2015 Class A crown.
