Former Bishop Kearney standouts Nahziah Carter and Quinton Rose will be in separate lineups when the 2021 NBA Summer League opens Sunday, August 8th.

Carter, a free agent signing, will be in the lineup for the Atlanta Hawks when the Eastern Conference finalists take on Boston in the league opener on Sunday. A 4 p.m. Eastern tip off time is scheduled from the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The game will be televised on NBA TV.

Carter averaged 12.2 points and 4.9 rebounds in 2019-20 with the University of Washington Huskies. He did not return for his senior season after being suspended from the UW program.

Rose, who appeared with the Westchester Knicks of the G-League, will play with the New York Knicks summer squad. The Knicks have a 4:30 p.m. tip time against Toronto on Sunday. ESPN2 will televise the contest.
