Former Bishop Kearney King AJ Gray will continue his academic and athletic career at the University of Hartford. The guard/forward announced on Twitter.

Gray scored 12 points per game for Kearney during the 2017-18 season.
He transferred to Mercersburg Academy of the Mid-Atlantic Prep League for 2018-19.
With the change of schools, Gray reclassified to the 2020 class. He is slated to play more one year with the Pennsylvania school before starting his collegiate career.

Hartford finished 18-15 in 2018-19 including 10-6 in America East play. The Hawks downed Boston College of the Atlantic Coast Conference, 79-78.
St. Francis (PA) also offered Gray. St. Francis plays in the Northeast Conference.
