Riley Stella scored 18 points while David Cuozzo and Josh Davis scored 14 apiece to lead York over Prattsburgh (No. 1 NYSSWA Class D. Matt McFarland added nine points, and Lucas Maggio had eight. Mason Putnam converted 15 of 16 free throws to lead Prattsburgh with 39 points.
“I’m really proud of the way we battled on the road today,” York head coach Ed Orman, Jr. said. “Our guys had great energy and focus. Putnam is a great player and we were far from perfect but that is a huge momentum builder for us hopefully!”
York took a 39-27 lead into halftime.
