Rondell Watson connected seven times behind the arc and finished with 33 points to pace Leadership. The senior guard, who scored a career-high 52 points in a win over Wilson Magnet last season, accounted for 10 in the first quarter as the Lions jumped to a 23-16 advantage on their way to a 46-29 lead at the half. Watson handed out seven assists and collected four steals. Shamir McCullough and Maurice McKinney scored 17 apiece. McKinney had a game-high eight assists. Kennyh Hardeman blocked two shots and registered a double-double (18 points/14 rebounds). Marquise Sabalier had 14. Onajae Anderson (7), Jamez Aiken (4) and Kris Martin (2) rounded out the scoring for Leadership. The Lions connected on 14 3-pointers in the contest.

From the Cataract Classic in Niagara Falls, N.Y., game MVP Miles Monechecourt scored seven of his 19 points in the third quarter when Kearney erased a one-point halftime deficit to take a 32-31 edge into the fourth quarter. Antwan Williams added eight in the fourth quarter including 4-of-4 from the free throw line to help the Kings pull away. Kidtrell Blocker and Jamal Williams had 10 apiece. Mike Gentile (5), Miles Rose (2) and Deiontray Dixon (2) rounded out the scoring for BK. Mike DiGiulio and Devin DeGree scored 16 apiece for Will-South.

Arikk Gerber hit three 3-pointers and scored 18 points to go with five assists and four steals to lead Dansville. Jacob Failla added nine points, four assists, three steals and three rebounds to the Mustangs’ effort. Drew Morrow grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds as well as scoring six points and gathering four steals. Ben Caruso collected nine rebounds and scored five points. Dylan Race had seven rebounds, six assists and three points. Zach Prial led Arkport/Canaseraga with eight points. Dansville led 32-11 at halftime. Other scorers: Arkport/Canaseraga – Noah Sleight (4), Ryan Reynolds (4), Roy Capwell (2) and Nate Herman (6). Dansville – Tanner Dettman (6), Brody Stone (6), Noah Holland (5) and Carter Davis (2).

Daniel Kelly scored 12 of his game-high 16 in the first half as Geneseo doubled up the Panthers, 26-13. Noah Reilly contributed 14 and Adam Wright 10 to Geneseo’s effort for the night. Campbell-Savona used a press to outscore Geneseo 18-6 in the fourth quarter. Jarred Kibler had seven of his 11 points during the fourth. Owen Jewell had 13 points and Ethan Park eight to help the Panthers. Other scorers: Campbell-Savona – Kaleb Zimar (7), Noah Mettler (3) and Tanner Fleet (2). Geneseo – Jake Hamilton (7) and Nick Hammond (2).

Gage Ames chipped in with 11 points, five rebounds and three assists. John Stierly had eight rebounds, six blocks and six points. Blake Driskell (3) and Trevor Knapp (2) rounded out the scoring.
