For the second straight year, Class B1 features the same final four with exception of differing matchups. Greece Odyssey will look to avenge its loss to Livonia in last year’s final. Pal-Mac and Hornell will square off in a Fingers Lakes East vs. Livingston County Athletic Association – Genesee Region tilt. Here’s the breakdown.
No. 1 seed GREECE ODYSSEY LEOPARDS (14-3-0/Monroe County Division IV)vs. No. 4 seed LIVONIA BULLDOGS (9-8-0/LCAA-GR Division I)
How they got here: Odyssey shut out No. 8 seed Newark, 2-0 in the quarterfinals. Livonia needed overtime to outlast fifth-seeded Geneva, 1-0.

Last time they met: Livonia beat Odyssey, 3-0 in the 2017 Section V Class B1 title game.

History 101: Odyssey and Livonia shared the 2012 B1 title. Livonia advanced on PKs and went on to take the NYSPHSAA crown. The following year the same two teams met with Livonia winning the title outright. Since then the Bulldogs have won four more Section V Class B titles.

How they got here: Pal-Mac beat No. 7 seed Greece Olympia, 7-1. Hornell edged sixth-seeded Dansville, 1-0.
