Tuesday Wrap: Eby, Egan and O’Connor strike gold

GREECE ARCADIA 4
Sam O’Connor ended a back-and-forth match in double overtime with his fourth goal of the season. Brighton (7-3-0/4-2-0) won its fourth straight and snapped Arcadia’s seven-game unbeaten streak. Arcadia (7-2-1/3-2-1) came into the game ranked No. 15 Class A NYSSWA. Both of Arcadia’s losses have come to Brighton.

BROCKPORT 1
GREECE ATHENA 4
Othman Belhseine scored twice, and Dylan McDermott collected a pair of assists for Athena (5-1-2/5-0-1) which is undefeated in its last seven. CJ Takatch and Victor Alongi added a goal apiece. Joe Elia and Yakup Simsek both had an assist in the win.

WEBSTER THOMAS 1
CHURCHVILLE-CHILI 2
Colby Egan connected in the first overtime, and Churchville-Chili, ranked No. 8 Class NYSSWA, won its ninth straight game. Mario Cozzo assisted on the goal. Dylan Rippe scored with an assist from Andrew Vannest in the first half. The Saints improved to 9-1-0 on the season.

RUSH-HENRIETTA 0
HILTON 1
Justin Arilotta scored with four minutes remaining in the first half, and Hilton, ranked No. 7 Class NYSSWA, improved to 8-0-1 on the season. The shutout was the third straight for Hilton and fifth this season. Joe Gombatto made eight saves. The Cadets have outscored opponents 21-4 on the season.

Trailing 2-1 at halftime, Dylan Ange scored twice to lead Odyssey, ranked No. 5 Class B NYSSWA. Julian Voltaire started the Odyssey scoring in the first half with an assist from Parker Ange. Ahmed Ziad and Dylan Hanley both scored a goal for Eastridge. Jackson Ihnatiuk assisted on Zaid’s marker. Dylan Ange has 14 gals and three assists on the season for Odyssey (8-1-0/5-0-0).

HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA 2
BATAVIA 1
Blake Eby scored in the first overtime with an assist from Jacob Lehning, and HF-L (3-4-1/3-1-0) snapped a three-game winless streak. Gunnar Wetzel gave HF-L a 1-nil edge in the first half with help from Chris Goetz. Joe Befell leveled the match for Batavia with an unassisted tally.

CANANDAIGUA 0
Kristian Annibali scored 10 minutes into the second half with an assist from Nick Furino.

PITTSFORD SUTHERLAND 2
PITTSFORD MENDON 1
Carsen Ramsager scored on a second-chance opportunity off a Dylan Kladstrup free kick for the game winner.

Justin Graham scored a pair of first-half goals and added two assists to lead Victor. Max Fiorica contributed a goal and an assist. Alex Crane also scored for Victor (3-7-0/1-5-0). Tyler Bernhardt chipped in with an assist.

SPENCERPORT 4
IRONDEQUOIT 1
Max LaRosa paced Spencerport with a goal and an assist. Justin Hockenberger, Gino Pellett and Andre Strezoski added a goal apiece. Alan Rajamohan had an assist.

EAST 0
SOTA/NE DOUGLASS 7
Eliphazi Irrshura tallied once and added two assists to lead SOTA/NE Douglass. Aviel Fischer added a goal and two assists. Paz Cherelin scored twice. Lucky Khounsombat, Farhan Abdi and Saheed Miller scored a goal apiece. Chris Rapoza added an assist.
