James Sciortino scattered four hits in a complete-game effort and paced the Athena offense. The senior connected on a solo shot in the first and drove in Tyler Curtis with a 2-out triple in the fifth. Nic Rohloff took the loss but fanned 10 and allowed two runs on four hits.

Jack Bergin finished 2-for-4 including a 2-run double in the first when Sutherland jumped to 5-0 lead. Bergin plated two more with a two-out single in the third as the Knights stretched the lead to 11. John Gassler hurled four shutout innings for the win. Gassler struck out nine, walked three and allowed one hit. Jackson Renica went 3-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored. Connor Fitzsimmons tripled, had two hits, scored three runs and drove in another. Graham Schild collected a hit, two walks, two RBI and two runs scored. Batavia’s Andrew Francis finished 2-for-3 and scored twice. Chandler Baker tripled, had two hits and scored a run. Sam Sallome was 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI.

Zach Ochs finished 2-for-2 on the day and snapped a tie game in the sixth inning. With the game knotted at one, Nate Sanderson led the inning with a walk and moved to second on a Bobby Sellers sacrifice bunt. Ochs delivered from there with a triple. Chris Sleeper hurled three innings in relief and notched his first varsity win. Pat Sherron started and allowed an unearned run on three hits and one walk over four innings. Frank McCabe and AJ Nestler added two hits apiece for the Royal Comets. Adam Chase went 2-for-3 for Schroeder. Jack Willard singled and scored the lone Warriors run.

Nicholas Nealon doubled twice and went 3-for-4 with four RBI to pace the Brockport offense. Gordon Fisher finished 3-for-4 with a triple, two RBI and three runs scored. Cole Penders collected two hits, two RBI and two runs scored. Frank Lauricella struck out eight over four innings and picked up the win allowing one run on two hits. Brandyn Sigouin singled and scored the lone Odyssey run.

Cooper Crunick picked up the win allowing two runs (one earned) on five hits over six innings. Thomas Delforte hurled a scoreless seventh for the save. Dylan Mackenzie, Seth Vigneri, and Michael Sculli collected two hits apiece for the Braves which pounded out 10 hits. Conner Fisher drove in two runs for Canandaigua.

Joey Puglia struck out four and allowed three earned runs on eight hits over six innings to pick up the win. Jake Carrol collected three hits including two doubles for C-C. John Bagley, Josh Ferris and Amaury Samalot added two hits apiece for the Saints. Jordi Agosto had four hits for East.

Noah Fasso, Shawn Minnehan, Jake Smith and Robbie Stewart had three hits apiece for Livonia. Jason Dutra went 2-for-3 with three RBI. Jake Smith also drove in four runs. Noah Fasso pitched five innings in relief striking out five allowing four hits. Livonia had 18 hits on the day.

Tim McClare finished 2-for-2 with a triple, four RBI and a run scored to lead Gananda. Patrick Walsh drove in two runs with a hit. Cody Hill was 2-for-2 with an RBI and run scored. Gananda claimed the Wayne County league title.

Nate Westbrook had a 2-run single in the sixth as Midlakes broke open a tie game and went on to claim its first Finger Lakes east title since 2010. Tied at two after five , Harrison Day added an RBI base hit in the four-run Midlakes sixth. Connor Young hurled 4 1/3 shutout innings in relief for the win. Derrick Jones went 3-for-3 on the day with an RBI in the second. Devin Kelly drove in another Midlakes run. Connor Wahl led Pal-Mac going 2-for-3 with an RBI. Alex Wootton had two hits including an RBI double. Paul Goodness was 2-for-3.
