Kyle Wallman snapped a four-all tie in the sixth inning with a two-out, two-run home run, and Mendon (10-4/5-2) won its fourth straight game. Wallman plated Nick Halstead with the eventual game winner. Hudson Bockmier finished 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles and three RBI at the plate. The junior also tossed 3.2 shutout innings in relief. He struck out four, walked none and allowed two hits to notch the win. Jake Ring singled, walked, drove in a run and scored twice. George Gines doubled for the Vikings. Gines entered the week with six extra-base hits. The senior collected four doubles earlier in the week in a win over Brighton. Jack Bergin paced Sutherland with a pair of hits including a two-run single in the fourth when the Knights sent nine to the plate and scored four to knot the game. Dylan Armanini had a single, a run scored and an RBI.
MONROE 7

Jashua Figueroa finished 3-for-4 including a walk-off home run, and East completed a late-inning rally. Trailing 7-4 in the sixth inning, East (8-0/11-2) sent nine to the plate to knot the game heading into the seventh. Figueroa singled and was the first of four straight Eagles to reach base in the sixth. Alex Figueroa and Angel Silva also scored in the frame. Jordi Agosto singled, doubled and reached base all four times he came to the plate scoring two runs in the process. Jose Figueroa reached base twice and scored a run. Monroe’s Joaquin Farina Pimentel had a single, reached base three times, stole a base, scored two runs and had an RBI. Ernesto Perez singled, walked and scored a run.

Logan Holgado finished 4-for-4 with a pair of doubles, three RBI and three runs scored to lead Wayne. Sean Flannery also went 4-for-4 with a two-bagger and four runs scored. Josh Armstrong singled, walked twice and scored three runs. Jack LeStrange was 2-for-3 with two RBI and a run scored. Tommy Bolt allowed six runs (one earned) on seven hits over five innings for the win. Bolt struck out eight and walked two. Geneva’s Matt Pierce doubled and drove in three runs. Nick King went 2-for-3 with a run scored.

Cameron Cupp had two RBI. Nick Twardeski doubled and scored and South Seneca held off a late Naples rally. Nassir Whitley scored three runs as South Seneca built a 6-1 lead in the middle of the fifth. Josiah Prosser struck out seven. Naples sent eight to the plate and scored four in the fifth to pull within one. The game was called after five innings. Nick Clearman doubled and scored a run for Naples. Dylan Bozeman singled, scored and drove in another run.
