Jake Schuler scattered six hits over six scoreless innings, and Fairport won its fourth straight game. Schuler struck out six and walked one. The senior right-hander worked out of a bases-loaded, one-out jam in the first getting a pop up and ground ball. At the plate, Schuler doubled, scored twice and drove in another run. Jackson Sullivan had two RBI for the Red Raiders. Mike Sabatine worked a leadoff walk in the first, stole second and eventually scored on an Omar Rosa sacrifice fly. Tyler Smith had two hits. Rush-Henrietta’s Pat Sherron went 2-for-4.

Trailing 3-1, Thomas scored five runs in the fifth. Devin Mulcahy singled. Damian Wright doubled him home. After Justin LaLoggia worked a walk, Derek Ogi connected on a 2-run double. Jake Canfield and Ryan Ogi followed with RBI doubles. Ryan Hill reached on an error in the sixth, stole second and third and scored on an error to make it 7-5. Jim Marasco got a big strikeout with runners on second and third to end the sixth. The Titans tacked on two more in the seventh on an RBI single from Matt Stuewe and an RBI double from Hill. Hill, Mulcahy, Wright, Canfield and Derek Ogi had two hits apiece for Thomas. Justin LaLoggia allowed seven hits over four innings to get the win. Jim Marasco struck out three over three. Jason Nau finished 4-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a run scored for Spencerport. Joe Carroll had two hits including a triple and a run scored. Greg Ranieri went 2-for-4 with two doubles, and RBI and a run scored. Raymond Richards had two hits for the Rangers.

Sam DiGiacomo finished 2-for-3 with a double in a 4-run third and a 2-run home run in the sixth when Victor (10-4/6-2) scored six to put the game out of reach. Zack Carpin’s 3-run home run gave Victor a 5-0 lead in the third. Tommy Ryan also had a double in third. Drew Delaney allowed one run on two hits over 4.2 innings to pick up the win. Chris Varone went 2-for-4 including a solo home run in the second to give Victor a lead it did not surrender at 1-0. Louie Schafer was 2-for-4. Owen Delforte struck out three over a scoreless inning and a third of relief. Nick Boyer worked a shutout frame. Hilton’s Nic Rohloff led the fourth with a single and eventually scored on a Justin DeVos sacrifice fly. Rohloff and Kyle Douglas had two hits apiece for the Cadets (4-8/1-5).

George Gines finished 4-for-4 with three doubles and two runs scored to pace Mendon which put runs on the board in each of the first five innings. Jared Petrichick and Jake Ring had two RBI apiece for the Vikings. Grady Smith allowed two on four hits over five innings for the win. Nic Ferriera fanned two over two scoreless innings of relief. Brighton’s Trent Wasserman had a hit and two RBI.

Dylan Mackenzie finished 3-for-4 with a home run and four RBI to lead Canandaigua. Cooper Crunick had a double, triple and three RBI. Connor Fisher drove in two with a pair of hits. Athena’s Jayson Russell went 2-for-4 with two RBI. Tyler Curtis and Casey Saucke had two RBI apiece for the Trojans.

Sam Velletri finished 3-for-4 including a 2-run single in the second when Brockport scored three runs with two outs to take a 4-0 lead. Velletri collected two doubles and three RBI on the day. Joshua Keenan added two hits, two runs and an RBI for the Blue Devils. Frank Lauricella allowed four runs on six hits over 4.2 innings to pick up the win. Gordon Fisher struck out five over 2.1 to pick up the save. Dominic Passafiume doubled and scored. Will Ling had a two-run home run for Sutherland. Graham Schild connected on a solo shot. Jack Bergin doubled and drove in a run. Davis Heyman had two hits including a double.

Patrick Bowes finished 4-for-4 with two triples, three runs and three RBI to lead Penfield. Gage Ziehl went 2-for-3 with a triple, two runs and two RBI. Tim Nichols was 2-for-4, including a double with three runs and three RBI. Andrew Ebersol allowed two hits over five innings for the win. Penfield scored a total of 13 runs in the fourth and fifth innings. Eight different Patriots had hits. Penfield hit six triples. Gates-Chili’s Darren Peace doubled and had two RBI. Alex Rotmans went 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored for the Spartans.

After trailing 15-5 in the fourth inning, Irondequoit erupted for eight runs in the bottom of the fourth, nine runs in the fifth and two runs in the sixth to catapult their way to victory. Chad Gartland led the way for Irondequoit going 4-for-5 with a HR, four runs and five RBI. Jimmy Weaver went 3-for-3 with four RBI. Jose Morales was 3-for-5 with three runs and two RBI. Cullen Pease was 2-for-4 with two runs and three RBI. Chris Butler came in relief in the fifth and shut down the Saints over the last three innings. For the Saints Jake Carroll was 5-for-6 , with a home run, three runs and four RBI. Brandon King went 3-for-4 with three runs. Ethan Putney was 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI. The two teams combined for 35 hits in the game.
