Devin Kelly finished 3-for-4 including a home run and two doubles to go with four and three runs scored. Kelly connected on RBI doubles in first and second inning before delivering a two-run home run in the fifth – his first career variety round-tripper. Jordan Maher had a double in the second and a two-run homer in the third (also his first varsity HR) to finish with two RBI and four runs scored. Maher was 3-for-4 on the day. Connor Young went 2-for-3 with an RBI single in the first. Ezra Maslyn added an RBI single in the second. Derrick Jones – 2 K – Limited Mynderse to 2 hits. Derrick Jones picked up the win in relief. Jones struck out two and allowed two hits over five innings of work. Keegan Baker paced Mynderse going 2-for-4 with three RBI including a two-run triple in the second. Kevin Hubbard had a double in the fifth, and Jesse Kabat had an RBI sacrifice in the fifth.

Justin Harris drove in a pair of runs with a two-out walk-off single to complete a four-run rally in Genese0’s final at-bat. Harris plated Russell Brownell and Jason Valentine with his second hit of the day. Trailing 11-8 in the seventh, Cole Flint and Noah Reilly led with back-to-back base hits, but a a double play slowed the Geneseo comeback. Luke Harris doubled in a run and later scored on a error to pull the Blue Knights within one. Brownell went 3-for-4 with a walk, two runs scored and an RBI. Flint scored three times. Daniel Kaye walked twice and scored twice. J.J. Smith led Wayland-Cohocton going 2-for-5 with three RBI and one run scored. Connor Englert was 2-for-3 with a with a walk, two runs scored and an RBI.
