Fairport 11 Hilton 10 (eight innings)
Tyler Smith finished 2-for-5 including a two-out walk-off single. Smith plated Brian O’Connor with the winning run, and Fairport improved to 12-4 on the season and 8-1 in Monroe County Division-1 play. Smith tossed a shutout inning in relief to pick up the win. Omar Rosa paced the Fairport attack going 4-for-4 with a double, four RBI and a run scored. Mike Sabatine went 3-for-3 and reached base six times getting hit by a pitch once and walked twice. Evan Newkirk was 2-for-4 including a a double, two RBI and three runs scored. Morgan Kunigan led Hilton going 2-for-4 with and RBI and a run scored. Ryan Schmitt and David Stirpe scored two runs apiece for the Cadets.
Shane Marshall finished 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored as Webster Schroeder improved to 18-0. Ben Mulhall improved to 6-0 on the season. The left-hander allowed one run on five hits over seven complete. Connor Bisaillon and John Stocum had two hits apiece in three at bats with a walk and a run scored. Bisaillon drove in a run. Michael Masucci was 2-for-2 with two RBI and two runs scored. Phil Ferranti tripled, walked, drove in a run and scored another. Josh Simmons scored two runs.
Logan Martella-Tasick went 2-for-3 including an RBI triple in a five-run second as the Patriots sent 10 to the plate and held on to defeat Spencerport. Justin Mytych allowed two runs (one earned) on five hits over five innings for the win. Mytych struck out five and walked one. Jack DeRue picked up the save with two innings of work. Spencerport rallied and had the tying run on base in the seventh. Joshua Brase was 2-for-3 including a one-out RBI single in the seventh to cut the deficit to two. Jack Taylor led the decisive Penfield second with a double and scored on Martella-Tasick’s three-bagger. Andrew Ebersol was 2-for-2 with a double, walk and a run scored for the Patriots. Jack Burke, Paul Cullen and Ryan Kalbfus each drove in a run for the Patriots. Spencerport’s Aidan Eldridge went 3-for-4 with two RBI. Chris Carroll was 2-for-3 with a run scored. Jarod Barnard had two hits.
Irondequoit 3 Eastridge 2 (eight innings)
Irondequoit’s Dan Borg hit a walk off single with two outs in the bottom of the eighth, driving in Chris Butler with the winning run. Borg got the Eagles on the board in the bottom of the sixth with a two-run single. The Lancers tied it up in the top of the seventh on a Ryan Derleth two-run double. Borg went 2-for-4 with three RBI. Butler scored two runs. Nick Serce struck out seven over 6.1 innings of work for Irondequoit.
Brighton 11 Greece Olympia 1
Owen Davis had three hits including a home run, and Jack Shaughnessy added two hits and a home run to lead Brighton. Nick Kemp earned the complete game win on the mound.

Greece Athena 6 Gates Chili 4
Freshman Tyler Curtis fanned four and surrendered three hits over 6.2 innings of work for Greece Athena.
Jake Kimble and Jagger Nucci each had two hits for Athena. Tyler Carpenter collected two doubles and two RBI for Gates.

Pittsford-Mendon 8 Greece Odyssey 1
Colin Smith finished 2-for-3 including a pair of triples as Mendon put crooked numbers on the scoreboard in three of the first four innings. Smith plated three and crossed the dish on three occasions. Jared Petrichick had three hits and drove in three runs. George Gines collected two RBI and two runs scored. Grady Smith allowed one run on three hits over 4.1 innings for the win.
McQuaid 6 Pittsford Sutherland 5 (10 innings)
Ben Beauchamp ended a bases-loaded threat in the top of the 10th and scampered home with the winning run in the bottom of the inning as the McQuaid Jesuit Knights completed a late comeback to defeat Pittsford Sutherland. READ MORE.
Gananda 10 Midlakes 9 (10 innings)
The Gananda-Midlakes game on 5/2 was called on account of darkness with the score tied 9-9 in the ninth inning. Gananda won the game in the bottom of the 10th on Thursday. Cody Hill picked up the win pitching the 10th inning and allowing no hits and striking out two. In the bottom of the 10th, Jayden Castrechini led off with a single to center. Zach Ciprich bunted him to second. Drew Miale moved Castrechini to third with a bloop base hit to right. Tim McClare hit a walk off base hit to score Castrechini and win the game. Drew Miale finished 4-for-6 with four singles and a run scored. Tim McClare went 2-for-4 with two base on balls, two runs scored and an RBI. Cody Hill went 2-for-4 with three RBI. For Midlakes, Jordan Maher went 2-for-3 with three walks and two RBI. Devin Kelly went 1-for-4 with two RBI and Conner Young had two hits and two RBI in four at bats.
