ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis University’s Department of Athletics announced today that men’s basketball student-athletes Zeke Moore and Matt Neufeld have requested to be released from their athletic scholarships and intend to transfer to other institutions.

“Zeke and Matt are great representatives of the Billiken program who worked hard day in and day out to help this team,” SLU men’s basketball coach Travis Ford said. “We wish Zeke and Matt nothing but the best. They are great young men and I hope they find success.”

Moore, a freshman, appeared in 29 games for the Billikens this past season and scored 5.3 ppg. Neufeld, a sophomore, played in 53 games in his two-year career.
