Kansas outscored UNLV 42-20 in the first half, having opened the game on a 9-2 run and going up 21-7 at one point. Freshman guard Josh Jackson led the way with 14 points.

UNLV came into the game ranked 211th in the country at 43.5 percent and shot below its season total, finishing at 34.5 from the field and 20.8 percent from three.
UNLV grabbed 40 rebounds in the game, nearly even with its season average of 38, which has them sitting at 96th in the country. Kansas won the rebounding battle with 45, an increase from the season average of 41 putting them at 28th in the country.
Jackson led Kansas with 21 points and nine rebounds, with junior guard Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk adding 20 points. UNLV’s leader was sophomore guard Kris Clyburn with 10 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double.
Kansas improves to 11-1 and UNLV falls to 7-6.

Junior guard James Blackmon Jr. led Indiana (10-2) with 24 points, and junior guard Josh Newkirk contributed a double-double (11 points, 11 rebounds). Sophomore center Thomas Bryant (Bishop Kearney) scored eight points and grabbed four rebounds for Indiana.

Junior center Jock Landale paced Saint Mary’s (10-1) with 20 points and 11 rebounds for a double-double.
No. 23 USC 83 MISSOURI STATE 75
USC’s (11-0) top scorer was junior guard Elijah Stewart with 21 points and Missouri State (8-3) was topped by junior forward Alize Johnson with 17 points, nine rebounds and five assists.
No. 24 CINCINNATI 93 MARSHALL 91
Gary Clark, a junior forward for Cincinnati (10-2), posted 26 points and 10 rebounds for his team, and senior guard Stevie Browning led Marshall (7-5) with 28 points, six rebounds and four assists.
