Ryan Swenson, Max Troiani and Taylor Genier all had three hits. Swenson homered. Jared Petrichick pitched six innings to earn the win. Mendon has won seven straight and is now 10-7 on the season.

Tyler Griggs homered in a three-run first. The freshman added a two-run double in the fourth as McQuaid pounded out 17 hits on the day. Jonathan Catapano collected two hits including a solo shot. Donnie Moffat took a no-hitter into the sixth. Matthew Blejwas, Jerry DiMarco and Nick Tomei chipped in with two hits apiece.

Thomas Tette, Nicholas Billone and Ryan Frazier pounded out RBI hits in a nine-run first inning for the Rangers. Don Eldridge pitched five innings for the win.
