The Hornell Dodgers and the Niagara Power split a doubleheader on Saturday evening. The Power won the opener 4-3 before the Dodgers got the bats out in the nightcap and won 14-5. The Dodgers are 7-4 on the season while the Power are 5-4.
In the opener the Dodgers jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first on RBI singles by Luke Feisal (Wofford) and Will Benenson (Franklin & Marshall). The Power came right back and tied it in the bottom of the inning.
Matt Calhoun (Harding) gave the Dodgers the lead again in the third with a sac fly but the Power took the lead for good in the fourth with two runs. The game-winning run was drove in by a Taylor Sears sac fly. Neither team could dent the scoreboard the rest of the way.

In the nightcap, the Dodgers offense clicked and took advantage of wild pitching by the Power. The Dodgers scored four in the 1st and put the game out of reach with a seven-run 5th inning. Hornell collected 16 hits, drew 10 walks, and was hit by five pitches.
