This would be Fillmore’s 13th shutout of the season. Charles Finney (No. 15 NYSSWA) also earned a first-round bye and started its playoff run with 5-1 victory over No. 7 Bolivar-Richburg/Parker-Jordan. Fillmore advanced to the semifinals and beat No. 3 Northstar 4-2 to clinch a spot in the finals.
