For Penfield, D’Anthony Milling posted six carries for 52 yards and a touchdown while Zane Kropman notched 25 carries for 95 yards. Jake Maurer found paydirt on the ground while Jake Richards recorded six tackles. Nate Masters followed with five tackles.

Terrell “Pooty” Cunningham went nearly perfect, going 15-of-16 through the air for 315 yards and four touchdowns to pace Monroe (NYSSWA Class B No. 1). Cunningham currently has 6,394 passing yards and is just four yards shy of the all-time career passing yards record in Section V history. Brien Walker hauled in eight receptions for 171 yards and three touchdowns while Terrence Barner rushed four times for 81 yards and a touchdown along with a 32-yard touchdown reception. Robert Campbell notched six carries for 46 yards and a touchdown. Defensively, Jahmier Westbrook led the way with 11 tackles while Barner posted six tackles and an interception. James Brumfield added four tackles and a 52-yard pick six while Alijah Jones recorded six tackles and a sack.

Shawnquezz Williams hauled in four catches for 34 yards and three touchdowns while Dezmon Jackson notched five receptions for 85 yards and a touchdown. Defensively, Zieyaun Cook-Tyson made eight tackles including two for loss and got an interception.

Tanner Garrow scored a touchdown on the ground and through the air with 10 carries for 94 yards while Emery Kerr hauled in a touchdown reception. Lucas Welker was on the receiving end of a 24-yard touchdown pass and a two-point conversion. Defensively, Davey St. Deny Jr hauled in two interceptions while Joey Tumia caught one interception. The Eagles garnered three sacks and allowed just 121 yards of offense.

Travis Tolbert, Jr. rushed for 181 yards and four touchdowns on eight carries to lead Geneva. Tolbert also returned a kickoff 79 yards for another score and finished with 260 all-purpose yards. Khamari Eldridge accounted for 118 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries. Eldridge also had a fumble recovery on the defensive side. Quarterback Ben Santos had four carries for 80 and a score of his own. Anthony Delgado led the defense with 16 tackles, including six solo efforts, one tackle for a loss, a sack and a forced fumble. Angel Colon added eight tackles, three solo, one for a loss, an interception and two forced fumbles. Ezra Hurd had two tackles, one for a tackle and a half a sack.

Austin Rice notched five receptions for 63 yards while Charles Alexander rushed nine times for 41 yards. Defensively, Evan Peeso led the way with eight tackles while Mason Gage followed with seven. For Newark/Marion, Nico Salerno posted 14 carries for 26 yards while TJ Streeter rushed 11 times for 41 yards and a touchdown.

Luke Henry rushed 20 times for 129 yards, two touchdowns and a two-point conversion to pace Livonia. Logan Presler rushed for 14 yards and two touchdowns while Harper Rowe added 13 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Zach Yamin notched a touchdown and 12 yards rushing while Chayse Barrett rushed for 71 yards and converted a two-point play on just two carries. Jack Ackerman notched 17 carries for 66 yards and converted twice on two-point plays and Tanner Matthews added a yard as the Livionia rushing attack combined for 306 yards and six touchdowns. Harper Rowe went 2-of-4 for 55 yards including a 42-yard touchdown pass to Ackerman. Tommy McDonnell went 1-1 for three yards on a two-point conversion while Brian Gibbs hauled in two receptions for 15 yards. Defensively, Aaron Kime led the way with seven tackles including one for a loss and an interception while Barrett followed with five and a pass break-up. Gibbs earned an interception and a scoop-and-score touchdown after a forced fumble by Zach Yamin who finished with two tackles and an interception. Henry and Carter Breu both finished with three tackles while Presler added two tackles and an interception. Rowe and Colten Potts both ended with two tackles apiece while Hunter Smith notched three PBUs.

Pierce Dinkins hit Hunter Mast for a 14-yard touchdown on the second play of the second quarter, and Gage Baker returned an interception 49 yards for another score on the next series to spark Alexander/Pembroke. Dinkins ended the scoring for the half with a three-yard touchdown for a 21-0 lead. After Dinkins returned a punt 60 yards, Nolan Peterson hit Maximus Heckman for another score. Ryder Reichert added a nine-yard touchdown run, and Tyler Caldwell capped the scoring with a 38-yard run for a score. The Alexander/Pembroke defense limited Haverling to 21 rushing yards and eight yards through the air. Max Heckman, Hunter Mast, and Sean Pietrzykowski had three tackles apiece to lead the defense. Mason Weatherbee intercepted a pass. Mike Roetzwer and Simon Fuller recorded tackles for a loss apiece. Parker Lafler rushed one time for 40 yards while Paxton Clark hauled in an interception for Haverling.

McClurg completed a 13-yard pass to Brenne Walker who also rushed two times for 25 yards. Roland Goodenough garnered 50 yards and a touchdown on the ground while Jude Christ added 19 yards on four carries. The Rivals rushing attack finished with 327 yards and four touchdowns. Defensively, Goodenough led the way with 10 tackles while Boop and Carter Page followed with nine apiece. Colton Halladay notched eight tackles while McClurg hauled in two interceptions.

James Chase rushed 17 times for 56 yards and a touchdown while hauling in four receptions for 15 yards. Will Schweitzer notched an 88-yard touchdown reception while Eli Rex also earned a receiving touchdown. Defensively, Chase led the way with 14 tackles while John Dowd followed posted 11. Dolgos recorded an interception as well.

Jonny Ayers completed 2-of-9 passes for 41 yards including a 40-yard touchdown pass to Yeriel Diaz-Pena to lift Pavilion/York. Jake McEntire rushed 11 times for 80 yards while Trent Englert posted 12 tackles including four for loss and a 35-yard fumble recovery touchdown. McEntire led the way with 14 tackles including one for loss and recovered a fumble while Aidan Kobylanski added nine tackles, one pass break-up and a fumble recovery. Parker Moore notched 40 carries for 179 yards while Drew Beachel went 4-of-14 for 21 yards and a touchdown for Notre Dame Batavia (NYSSWA Class D No. 10). Trey Rhim hauled in an 11-yard touchdown reception while Finn Davies and Cody Carlson both caught six-yard receptions. James Lamb rushed for 18 yards on two carries and led the defense with 4.5 tackles and a sack. Alexander Kuszlyk posted 4.5 tackles and two sacks while Macoy Hall recorded 4.5 tackles and a forced fumble. Moore finished with five tackles while Carlson and Tim Bartz both ended with 2.5 tackles each. Preston Parris followed with two tackles.

Another close game, and our boys made some big plays when it mattered at the end on defense . The defense has been playing great all year, making some huge plays each week. Tonight Trent Englert had another great night in the middle with 12 tackles, 4 tackles for loss and a 35 yard fumble recovery for a scoop and score that proved to be the difference tonight. Jake McEntire had a great debut tonight for us with 11 carries for 80 tough yards and was solid in the middle at LB with 14 tackles and a fumble recovery. Aidan Kobylanski played a great game at DE setting the edge and chipped in with 9 tackles 1 PD and a fumble recovery. It was a solid win, happy for the boys, we can enjoy it and it’s back at on Monday.

Senior linebacker Ty Reilly and senior defensive lineman Kyle Wight both finished with five tackles including one for a loss. Sophomore defensive back Alex Ohlson intercepted a pass. Ninth-grade defensive lineman Andrew Williams had two tackles for a loss.
