Issac Wilcox scored 40 seconds before halftime off a pass from Liam McCumiskey to give Fillmore the only goal it needed in what is the Eagles’ sixth straight shutout win.

“We had some other quality chances to score, but failed to convert,” said Eagles coach Jarrett Vosburg. “The defensive core of McCumiskey, Ross, Hatch, Potter, and goalkeeper Jared Boon were excellent once again to preserve their 6th straight shutout. All in all, it was the type of win against a good opponent that hopefully gets us one step closer to where we need to be during sectionals.”
