Section V Girls’ Soccer kicks into full gear this week. Here are the season previews for Fairport, Hilton, Penfield, Rush-Henrietta, Victor and Webster Schroeder.
FAIRPORT RED RAIDERS
Last season: Finished 11-5-1, won Class AAA section title
Coach: Tom Natalie (Year 15, 167-80-17 record)

PENFIELD PATRIOTS
Last season: Finished 10-5-1, lost to Churchville-Chili in Class AA semifinals.
Coach: Kevin Stewart (first season)

First game: Friday, September 4th vs. Fairport
RUSH-HENRIETTA ROYAL COMETS
Last season: Lost to Fairport in Class AAA final
Coach: Mike Seidel
First game: Wednesday, September 2nd at Webster Thomas.
VICTOR BLUE DEVILS
Last season: Finished 6-11, lost in the Class AA quarterfinals to Churchville-Chili
Coach: Kelly Ahern (Year 20)
