Garrett McNeil went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and four RBI to lead Cottreall-Warner Post. C-W Post scored three runs in the top of the first on a sacrifice fly from Conor Forkey (2 BB, R, RBI), an RBI groundout from Henry Shutts and an RBI single from McNeil. After the Blue Sox tied the score at three in the second, Nick René (1-3, 2 BB, R, RBI) put C-W back in the lead in the fourth with a two out RBI single. Sam Roselli (3-4, 3 R, RBI) led off the fifth with a home run before two errors later in the inning scored two more C-W runs, pushing the lead to four runs. C-W added four more runs in the sixth on a sac fly from Shutts and a three-run homer from McNeil. Tyler Estelle (2 R, BB) and Max Caron (R) also scored for C-W. Dylan Dumont earned the win on the mound, allowing two earned runs in his four innings, striking out four. Connor Smith tossed two scoreless innings in relief. Jake Cenname (2-3, BB, RBI), JJ Ortiz (2-3, R) and Andrew Witchley (2-2, BB, 2 R) had multi-hit efforts for the Blue Sox. Jack Chieco (1-3, BB, R, 2 RBI) reached twice. Anthony Marino walked and scored a run. Cottreall-Warner will face Hamburg next on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. The Blue Sox will face Oneonta next at 9 a.m. on Sunday.

KINGSTON-SAUGERTIES POST (20-8-1) 5
A four-run bottom of the sixth gave Kingston-Saugerties the victory over the reigning 2025 New York State champs. The first six K-S batters in the sixth reached safely, punctuated by a two-run single from Kaden Deibert (1-3, R, 2 RBI) that tied the game at three, an RBI single from Austin June (1-2, BB, R, RBI) that gave K-S the lead and a bases-loaded walk to Luke Johnson (1-2, BB, RBI) later in the inning. Greece Post took an early 2-0 lead in the first inning thanks to a wild pitch, scoring Logan DeMember, and a sacrifice fly from Aidan Kress. Nate Brinza (1-3, BB, RBI) added another run for Greece Post in the third on a double. Jackson Huber (2-3, RBI) got a run back for K-S in the bottom of the third with an RBI single. Landon VanGaasbeck (BB, HBP, R), Jake Young (1-3, R) and Robert Paschal also scored for K-S. Dylan MacDonald allowed three runs (2 ER) on two hits, fanning four in five innings for K-S. Jaylen Mclean and Young tossed 1.1 and 0.2 scoreless innings in relief, respectively. Parker Goodness (2-4, 2 R) had the lone multi-hit effort for Greece Post. Greece Post will face Clinton County next at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. Kingston-Saugerties will face Hillcrest next at 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Ashton Putney tossed five scoreless innings, allowing two hits and two walks, striking out six as Hamburg Post advanced. Jacob Hudson started the scoring in the top of the third, singling home Ethan Osetkowski (1-1, 2 BB, R, 2 RBI). Osetkowski added two more runs for Hamburg in the fourth, driving in Cole Notaro (2-3, R) and Brody Monaco with a single of his own. A two-run triple from Clayton Kline (1-3, BB, R, 2 RBI) that scored Jonah Moscato (2 BB, R) and Luke Golembiewski and an RBI single from Aidan Curran in the seventh pushed the Hamburg lead to six runs. Monaco and Daniel Reese each threw a scoreless inning in relief for Hamburg, with Reese fanning two. Maddox Imperato led the Oneonta bats, reaching twice with a single and a walk. Grayson Brockington notched the other hit for Oneonta. Hamburg will face Cottreall-Warner next on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Oneonta will face the Blue Sox next at 9 a.m. on Sunday.

Jack Pipher went 3-for-4 with a walk, two runs scored and three RBI as Hillcrest Post advanced. An RBI double in the first inning from Pipher that scored Seamus MacNamee (1-3, 2 BB, 2 R) and an error later in the inning gave Hillcrest an early 2-0 lead. After Clinton tied the score at two in the second, another run-scoring error and another RBI hit from Pipher in the third inning, this time a two-run single, put Hillcrest back in the lead, 5-2. Four straight walks to lead off the seventh inning followed by a two-run single from Tommy Whitman gave Hillcrest three more runs. Aedan Palmer (1-2, 3 BB, RBI) reached four times. DJ Steen (3 BB, 2 R), Logan Palmer (1-4, BB) and Kasey Coleman (1-3, HBP, R) reached multiple times. Colin Trotter allowed four runs (2 ER) in his six innings of work, fanning two. Porter Daddona closed it out with a scoreless inning in relief. Jackson Dorsett had the lone extra-base hit for Clinton County with a two-run homer in the second. Braeden Calkins (1-3, BB), Gabe Moore (2 BB, 2 R) and Jake Perkins (1-1, 2 BB) reached multiple times. Seth Petrashune singled and scored a run. Hillcrest will face Kingston-Saugerties next on Sunday at 5 p.m. Clinton County will face Greece Post next at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.
