Brayden Craig struck out six batters over six innings of one-run ball to lead James Cooke Post. Matthew Lanning went 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored and drove in the second run of the game on a single in the third inning and an error let him advance to third base. Lanning scored during the next at bat on a wild pitch to make it 3-0. In the fifth inning, Matty Eygabroad drove in a run on a single. James Cooke scored three runs in the sixth inning when Robbie Langdon walked, Brayden Ricigliano doubled and Jack Crabbe walked to load the bases. Zach Craib singled scoring one run, Nick Kreigelstein singled to score another run, and Matthew Lanning hit a sacrifice fly to make it a 7-1 ball game. James Cooke ended the game with a five-run seventh inning where Eygabroad scored on a balk. Crabbe hit a sacrifice fly to score Robbie Langdon. Ricigliano and Dylan Chudner both scored on a wild pitch, and Matthew Lanning hit a double to drive in one more run. Jack Welch closed the game with a one-two-three seventh inning and struck out one. For Braman Post, Brady Wadsworth had the lone RBI on a single in the fourth inning.

IRONDEQUIOT POST 134 (1-2) 1
Joey Hrywnak pitched a complete game only allowing four hits and one walk while striking out seven. Colin Miller led with three hits, two RBI, and scored once. Max Bowers started the game with an RBI double in the first inning, later that inning Miller drove in the second run of the game on a single. East Rochester’s highest scoring inning came in the third when the 1917 scored three runs. The first run came on a walk by Colin DiCicco; Donavan Kindberg then hit a two-run double to make it a 5-1 ball game. Miller gained his second RBI in the fourth inning on a single to score Liam White-Scuderi. Cole Dougherty drove in a run in the fifth inning on a fielder’s choice. The final run of the game scored in the seventh inning when Emmett Tehan hit a two-out double that scored one. For Irondequoit, the 134th’s only run came in the second inning on a Declan Caron single.

FERRIS GOODRIDGE POST 330 (1-2) 8
Connor Newton went 1-for-2 including a bases-clearing triple that started an eight-run third inning when the 330 sent 11 batters to the plate and erased a two-run deficit. Trailing 2-0, Jack Lander led the third inning off with a single. Andrew Lamberton followed with a base hit of his own, and James Gropp drew a walk. All three base runners scored on Newton’s triple to give Ferris Goodridge its first lead of the game. The bases were loaded again that inning when Nick DiFrancesca drew a walk and Gavin Zimmer was hit by a pitch. Brayden Scaccia walked to drive in the fourth run of the inning. Josh Davis hit a two-run double, extending the lead to four. Another bases loaded walk by Jack Lander scored a run. James Gropp singled to score the final run of the inning. Collin Bates earned the win going three innings, allowing two hits and two runs (one earned). Ryan Foos pitched three and two third innings of relief. Sam Hopkins would come in and strike out the final batter of the game. In the loss, Caiden Richards led in hits going 2-3 with one RBI, two runs, and a walk. Mitchell Nieves scored two runs in the game going 1-3.
