Tuesday Flag Football Wrap: Paige Dean wins it for Hilton with seconds left; O’Neill tallies three touchdowns for Eastridge

MONDAY’S GAMES

WEBSTER SCHROEDER (6-1) 19

Emma Rascoe threw for 225 yards and two touchdowns as Webster Schroeder won its second straight. Rascoe also rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown while pulling six flags on defense. Jillian Pagano had six receptions including one for a touchdown as part of a 45-yard receiving game, while Nina Amico caught five passes for 56 yards and a touchdown. Both also contributed defensively, with Pagano pulling five flags and breaking up a pass and Amico also pulling a flag. DeAnna DaBella racked up 57 receiving yards on six catches, while Brynn Zoltoski had 42 yards on six receptions with an extra point conversion to go with seven flag pulls, an interception, and a pass broken up. Maya Pascuzzi pulled six flags, while Ali Burton and Kate Taylor both had a sack. Isatou Jeng broke up three passes.

HILTON (5-1-1) 20

Paige Dean ran in a 15-yard touchdown with eight seconds left to give Hilton the win. Dean then ran the ball in again for the extra point. Naliah Ramos opened scoring with a 35-yard pick six, while Amiyah Miles had a 45-yard touchdown.

East Rochester’s Alex LaBounty rushed for two touchdowns and completed two passes for extra point conversions — one to Madison Morgante and one to Sloan Sowinski. Mia Rountree and Payton Kinney each pulled six flags for the Bombers, while Amira Burroughs pulled five flags, including four for sacks.

TUESDAY’S GAMES

Lily Tracz went 26-for-33 for 330 yards and five touchdowns through the air as Arcadia won the Greece-on-Greece battle. Samantha Mau caught two touchdowns while recording 65 receiving yards. Kylie Drake had six catches for 88 yards and a touchdown. Abrianna Cerqua, Kanii Betts, and Selma Jusic also scored, with Cerqua leading the Titans with 13 flag pulls.

Eastridge’s Sadie O’Neil threw for 82 yards and three touchdowns on offense and had 10 flag pulls — including three for a loss — on defense. Kaitlyn Muniz rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown, while also pulling down an interception and recording seven flag pulls including five for a loss. Nicole Vincente pulled 11 flags, including five for a loss, and tallied an interception. Qa’Mariona Greene caught two touchdowns and was also the receiver on an extra point conversion. Trinity Platania intercepted two passes.

Leilah Manuel passed for 47 yards and rushed for 137 for Batavia, while also leading the Blue Devils with 11 flag pulls, including three sacks and a tackle for loss. Kaylynn Peyman had seven flag pulls, including one for loss. Violet Lopez added six flag pulls and a pass defended.

Cadence Bachmann connected with Julia Gaffney for Churchville-Chili’s lone touchdown, with Hannah Tompkins hitting Mariah Elliot for the conversion. Elliott led on defense with 15 flag pulls. Gian McElwain (8, with three for a loss), Zoie Phillips (8), Gabbie Nasca (6, with one for a loss), Biana (3), and Lily Kadrie (3) also pulled flags.

Fairport’s Ava Vassallo threw for 95 yards and two touchdowns. Carlin Lowe and Avery Lucey caught the touchdown passes, while Autumn Fitch caught two extra point conversions. Defensively, Lowe had a pick-six, while Lucey and Natalie Panara also had interceptions. Julia McNulty led the Red Raiders with nine flag pulls, while Panara pulled eight.

Finney’s Lainy Vargas had five touchdown passes as part of a 113-yard passing game in addition to 52 yards on the ground. Vargas also played a role in five extra point conversions — four passing, and one rushing — while also pulling three flags and an interception on defense. Lucy Broome caught three touchdown passes from Vargas and was also the receiver for two extra point conversions. Broome also contributed on defense, returning an interception for a touchdown and recording a flag pull. Amelia McIntyre tallied 40 yards receiving with a touchdown, and was a receiver on an extra point conversion. Nyasia Timmon also had a receiving touchdown, while Emma Pilecki pulled down an interception and caught a pass for an extra point. Farrah Schneider pulled seven flags.

Sydney Howard scored two touchdowns and rushed for 80 yards as Wayne won its fourth straight. Bailey Cook pulled nine flags, all for a loss, and also racked up 60 yards rushing. Addi Habecker connected for a 30-yard touchdown pass, while Penny Hargrove pulled six flags.
