Imagine RIT Thursday Flag Football Wrap: Orr throws for three for Aquinas; Bachmann and Tompkins score for Churchville-Chili

WEDNESDAY GAMES:

EASTRIDGE (1-2) 13
AQUINAS (5-0) 32
AJ Orr was 17-for-30 for 146 yards and three passing touchdowns while also rushing for 56 yards to lead Aquinas. Briar Hinds pulled four flags, made two interceptions, broke up a pass, and had three receptions for 46 yards and a touchdown. Bles’ng Muhammad pulled six flags with a tackle for a loss as well as 26 receiving yards and an extra point conversion. Jaden Deming pulled four flags, and made three interceptions including a pick-six. Carle Thomas had three flag pulls with two interceptions including one returned for a touchdown. Savannah Sweet had five flag pulls.

THURSDAY GAMES:

CHURCHVILLE-CHILI (3-2) 20
GREECE OLYMPIA/ODYSSEY (1-4-1) 0

Cadence Bachmann and Hannah Tompkins each scored a rushing touchdown for Churchville-Chili as the Saints won their second straight. Mariah Ellis had a pick-six and had 11 flag pulls with one for a loss. Julia Gaffney had five flag pulls and recorded an interception. Gia McElwain had nine flag pulls and a tackle for loss while also scoring an extra point. Bianca Fumarola had seven flag pulls, with Kallie Weaver making three flag pulls including one for a loss. Lily Kadrie also pulled down an interception. Jay Clark also scored an extra point.

Delaney Meyer and Skylette Scott both had touchdowns for Gates Chili, with Scott also grabbing an interception.

WEBSTER SCHROEDER (4-0) 34

Emma Rascoe threw for three touchdowns and rushed for two more while Brynn Zoltoski caught a touchdown pass and finished with a pair of interceptions to lead Webster Schroeder. Rascoe completed 22-of-36 passes for 194 yards. The senior signal caller also rushed the ball four times for 72 yards.  Zoltoski had six flag pulls to go with her two picks. Jillian Pagano led the offense with nine receptions, and Ali Burton caught three passes for 78 yards and scored twice. Pagano and Maya Pascuzzi had five flag pulls each on the defensive side. Reis Arnold and Rascoe each added a sack as well.
