CHURCHVILLE-CHILI (4-1) 4

Anthony Indiano allowed just one run on one hit and three walks, striking out five to lead Churchville-Chili to its third straight win. Bobby Rule Jr., who ended the day 2-for-3 with two RBI, a run scored and a walk, got the Saints on the board in the first inning, singling home Jayden Jager. Jordan Wilson added the second Saints run of the inning with an RBI single that scored Rule Jr. Rule Jr. drove in another run in the bottom of the second with a single, scoring Josh Miner, who ended the day 2-3 at the plate, to put the Saints up 3-nil. Jordan Lopez singled and walked for C-C. Braden Smith walked and scored. Jake Militello collected the lone hit and RBI on the day for Rush-Henrietta.

KENDALL (5-0) 9
ALBION (VI) 1

Vinnie D’Agostino allowed one hit and three walks in his five scoreless innings on the mound for Kendall, striking out eight. The senior also drove in a run and scored. After taking an early 2-0 lead on a wild pitch in the top of the second, and a sacrifice fly from Nic Cole in the third, the Eagles broke the game open in the fifth, headlined by a two-run double from Cole. CJ D’Agostino (2-for-3), Andrew Cole (2-4) and Andrew D’Agostino (2-3) all had multi-hit games for Kendall. Johnny Conte singled, walked, drove in two and scored a run. BROCKPORT (1-2) 0
SPENCERPORT (5-1) 4

Kieran Hayes struck out nine, allowing three hits and one walk in a complete game shutout to lead Spencerport to its fifth straight win. Hayes, who faced three batters over the limit, retired nine straight after surrendering a leadoff single in the second inning. Dwyer Boyzuck (2-for-3) and Ryan Foos (2-2) notched multi-hit efforts for Spencerport, scoring one run each. Matt Green, who led the Rangers with two RBI, got Spencerport on the board in the bottom of the second with an RBI groundout. Liam Watson singled and drove in a run. Andrew Lamberton was 1-3 with an RBI and a run scored. Grant Distaffen connected on a double.

LYNDONVILLE (1-1) 3
BARKER (VI) 9

Drew LaGreca went 3-for-4 with a run scored and four RBI to lead Barker. After taking an early 3-0 lead, Lyndonville cut the deficit to one in the top of the third on a two-run double from Kam Kassay. Barker answered right back, however, scoring three runs in the bottom half of the inning, taking a 6-2 lead. Lane Woodworth (3-3) and Quincy McClinsey (3-4) led the Lyndonville bats, notching six of Lyndonville’s seven hits on the day. READ MORE.

WEBSTER THOMAS (3-1) 11

Sean Griffin went 2-for-3 including a two-out, two-run triple in the second to stake Webster Thomas to an early 3-0 lead. The Titans went on to win for a third straight time. Christian Sciortino (2-2) and Andrew Calabrese (2-3) also notched multi-hit efforts for Thomas. Colin Miller plated a pair of runs with a three-bagger of his own in the third. Colin Swing got the start for the Titans, allowing a run on two hits over three innings, fanning four. Nico Santoleri and Jacob Schoen combined for three scoreless innings in relief. Max Bowers singled, drove in a run and scored. Joseph Rotondi-Hrywnak singled, walked and scored twice. Andrew Calabrese was 2-3 with two RBI and a run scored. Liam White-Scuderi and Garrett Hogan both walked and scored. Everett McCann, Tyler Estelle, and Alexander Wright accounted for a single apiece.

GREECE ATHENA (0-4) 2
WEBSTER SCHROEDER (2-2) 6

Dylan Dumont struck out 14 batters in his 6.1 innings of work, allowing two runs on seven hits and no walks to lead Webster Schroeder to the win. Dumont helped himself out at the plate, with an RBI triple in the first inning when the Warriors jumped out to a 3-0 lead. Lucas Mazzarona and Ryan LaRocco led the first with back-to-back singles. Mazzarona eventually scored on an error. Tyler Splain added an RBI triple in the fifth. Sam Nick went 1-for-3 with a three-bagger of his own and an RBI. Eli Stockmaster was 1-3 with an RBI. Daniel Hilfiker singled, walked and scored. Max Caron fanned over two-thirds of an inning of relief work. Parker Goodness (2-for-4) and Colten Waterman (2-3) led the Athena bats with multi-hit efforts.

ALEXANDER (0-1) 2
MEDINA (VI) 8

Alexander’s two runs came in the seventh on doubles by Nicholas Marzoff and Sean Pietrzykowski. READ MORE.
