We were able to make a couple of early runs and get 6-8 point leads, but Pat (Cuba-Rushford head coach, Wight) got his team to respond every time. We also got a little too passive and settled for 3s. The second half Jonah, Jameson and Isaiah really attacked basket and created chances. Once we found our rhythm, we got the momentum and really never let them catch their breath. Our teams are pretty evenly matched, and anytime we get a win in that gym it is huge. Should be a great rematch in a few weeks.”
