Class D regional qualifier preview: Avoca-Prattsburgh and Fillmore to meet with spot in the state tournament on the line

One program is looking to clinch its first regional appearance while the other seeks to secure its fourth trip in five years. Steuben County and Allegany County meet with a spot in the New York State Class D Boys’ Soccer quarterfinals on the line. Here’s the breakdown:
