Dimitri Lebron netted a hat trick to lead No. 4 Rush-Henrietta as the Royal Comets clinched a spot in the Section V Boys’ Soccer Class AAA semifinals with an 11-1 victory over No. 5 East/Monroe/School Without Walls.
Rush-Henrietta will face top-seeded Fairport in the semifinals. A 5:30 p.m. kickoff is scheduled next Thursday at Hilton High School.
Lebron connected twice in the first half as R-H grabbed a 7-nil lead heading into the break.
Nathaniel McCray and Nathan Herrera added a pair of goals apiece in the win.
Anup Mainali, Caiden Noble, Jafar Al-Hamdani and Zayden Patel also scored for the Royal Comets (7-9-0).
Markodean Williams scored the lone goal for East/Monroe/SWW (2-9-0).
