A trio of pitchers combined on a three-hitter, and Churchville-Chili closed its regular season with a sixth win in the past seven games. Anthony Indiano started and allowed one run over 4 1/3 innings of work. The sophomore struck out one and issued one walk in picking up the win. Williams Sheible work 1.2 scoreless innings of relief with two strikeouts, and Anthony Cerretto fanned two in a scoreless seventh. James Derleth powered the offense going 4-for-4 with two doubles and an RBI. The senior first baseman took advantage of a wild pitch to score in the second, and he crossed home again as part of a three-run sixth inning when the Saints pulled away. Nick Vaccaro was 2-3 with a walk and a run scored. Bobby Rule Jr. and Lucas Karelus both singled, drove in a run and scored. Marcus Roney was 1-2 with two walks and an RBI. Carson Shepanski singled and scored. Nick Arena and Aaron Reina both accounted for a base hit. Penfield’s Ethan Light doubled and scored the Patriots’ lone run. Andrew Tannous had an RBI single. Dominic Denecke struck out two over two scoreless innings of relief.

Derrick Allen struck out five over six scoreless innings and scored three runs as Athena won its 12th straight game. Allen scattered five hits and three walks to improve his record to 5-0. The senior drove in a run with a double and later scored on a passed ball in the third when the Trojans put four runs on the board to take a 6-0- lead. Gio Stewart tripled as part of 2-for-4 effort with two RBI and two runs scored in the win. Sammy Saucke was 2-2 with a walk and two runs scored. Parker Goodness walked and scored while Jacob Sova singled and crossed home in the win. Trae Rankin singled, scored, had an RBI and tossed a scoreless inning of relief with one strike out. Cullen Dugdale accounted for a walk and a run scored. Hilton’s Jack Lander connected on two doubles. Teammate Kayden Yapjoco had two hits. Adam Petrella, Jared Wade and Zach Mattice each had a hit.

GREECE ARCADIA (2-18) 2

Mitchell Martini struck out eight over five innings of two-hit ball to pick up the win – HF-L’s third in the past four games. Martini allowed one run on two hits and three walks. Cal Grasley and Owen Kearney paced the offense with two hits and two RBI apiece. The pair connected on back-to-back one-out singles to spark a three-run third inning. Grasley went 2-for-4 with two runs scored while Kearney, 2-4 with a run scored in the win. Jack Farabell doubled as part of a 2-4 effort with a run scored. Jacob Weber doubled, walked twice and scored a run. Brian Finn was 2-3 with an RBI and a run scored. Carson Meehan drove in a run with a base hit. Alexander Smith and Holden Kamm both scored a run. Nate Meacham fanned four over two innings of relief. Arcadia’s Joey Zona was 2-4 with an RBI. Julio Sosa singled, walked and scored twice. Chris Walter and Ryan Bailey had a single apiece.

Will Elkovitch finished 4-for-5 with five RBI to pace a Victor offense which saw six different batters have a multi-hit game. Alex Long was 3-3 with an RBI. Nick Kriegelstein went 2-2. Zach Worrall doubled as part of a 2-5 effort with five RBI. Matty Eygabroad was 2-2 with an RBI, Jackson Dulen was 2-3 with a double and two RBI. The Blue Devils scored five runs in the first and 13 more in the second. Brandon Wilson was the winning pitcher throwing three innings and striking out two. Brayden Ricigliano threw two innings of relief. Vinny Constantino and Elkovitch worked one inning apiece. Irondequoit’s Landon Bryan had two hits. James Jackson doubled and drove in two runs.

FAIRPORT (12-8) 9

Sam Roselli paced a 16-hit attack going 4-for-4, and Fairport won its third straight game. Roselli tripled and scored in the sixth to give the Red Raiders a 6-2 lead. Nick Rene finished 1-3 with three RBI in the win. Patrick Lindquist was 2-4 with an RBI and a run scored while Owen Andreatta was 2-3 with a walk and three RBI. Jonathan Roessel had two hits, walked twice, drove in a run and also scored. Drew Gropp singled, walked, drove in two runs and crossed home once. Alexander Grejda singled and drove in a run. Garrett McNeil singled and scored. Ryan Merlo drove in a run with a base hit. James Kester started and struck out two over four innings of work to pick up the win. The junior allowed two runs on three hits and four walks. Grant Ludwig fanned four without issuing a walk or allowing a hit over three scoreless innings of relief work. Zach Lamberton and Liam Watson scored a run apiece for Spencerport. Bailey Zambuto singled and drove in a run. Andrew Lamberton brought in a run with a sacrifice fly. Rowan Boyzuck also had a hit for the Rangers.

Michael Colucci finished 2-for-4 including a leadoff double to spark a six-run second inning, and Kendall went on to win its 12th straight game. The Eagles sent 11 to the plate in the frame. Jonas Rhodes provided a two-run single. Sam Conte and Nick Cole drove in a run apiece with base hits. Cole was 2-4 with two RBI in the win. Johnny Conte and Charlie D’Agostino both singled and scored twice. Colby Hughes was 1-2 with a double, two walks, two RBI and a run scored. Vinnie D’Agostino singled, walked and scored three times. Cole struck out nine and picked up the win in a complete-game effort. The junior allowed four runs on eight hits and a walk. SOTA eighth-grader James Laver was 2-3 with two RBI and a run scored. Ben Laver was 2-2 with a walk and a run scored. Henry Hawkinson and Benjamin Barnosky both singled and scored. Paul Stevens II and Nathan Routly both drove in a run with a base hit.

Miguel Vargas came home on a wild pitch as Edison walked off with the win. Vargas reached on an error and stole third base to get into position for the winning win. He also doubled and scored in the fourth. Vargas started and struck out 11 batters over five-plus innings. Michael Alvarez finished 3-for-4 including a single in the seventh when the Inventors scored two runs to send the game to extra innings. Dariel Ponce reached on a pair of walks. Carlos Gonzalez added a single. Finney’s Leo Methe singled, reached base three times and scored twice. Romeo Pauly walked and came home in the first when the Falcons took an early 2-0 lead. Judah Chapell reached on an error and scored in the sixth to give Finney a 4-2 lead.

PALMYRA-MACEDON (14-4) 14
GENEVA (7-14) 1 (F/6)

Camron Quick finished 4-for-4 with a double, a walk, two runs scored and an RBI to lead Pal-Mac which won its fourth straight game. Tino LoPresto struck out seven over the six-inning game to pick up the win. LoPresto allowed four hits and two walks without surrendering an earned run. The senior alos singled, walked twice, scored three times and accounted for an RBI. Ryan Caffyn went 3-3 with a walk and three runs scored. Trey Porpora drove in two runs and scored twice as part of a 2-5 effort. Gavin Everts was 2-3 with three RBI and three runs scored. Andrew West singled and scored. Noah Dapolito singled and drove in a run. Ben Santos singled and scored for Geneva. Ynael Rivera, Yosmar Gonzalez and Tyler Graham also each had a hit.

Alan Plummer struck out 16 and hurled a complete game three-hitter to lead Mynderse. Michael Miller brought in Matt Bogart with an RBI single in the fifth. Jeremiah Furman also had a base hit for the Blue Devils. Waterloo’s Xander Rogers went the distance striking out 12 and giving up two hits. At the plate, Rogers connected for a base hit. Jacob Wolfe also singled for the Tigers.

Aidan Twist and Parker Holtz combined on a three-hitter as Wayne shut out Newark for a second straight game. Twist started and struck out eight over five innings of one-hit ball. Holtz fanned one in two innings of work. Caleb Celso finished 2-for-3 at the plate with a walk, an RBI and a run scored while Michael Grasso tripled, drove in a run and scored twice to lead the offense. Wayne pushed across three runs in the first and two apiece in the second and third innings. Lucas Welker singled and drove in two runs. Kahlen Clark singled and scored twice. Benjamin Smith singled and scored. Devin Littlefield, Cody Forjone and Carlos Martinez had a single apiece for Newark.

Hunter Jacoby hurled a complete game, and Naples used a big sixth inning to rally for a win in Finger Lakes West action. Jacoby struck out three without issuing a walk. The senior allowed five hits and did not surrender an earned run. Grady Grove doubled and drove in two in a five-run sixth when Naples sent nine to the plate. Trailing 2-0, Rowan Biggs drew a walk to start the rally. Theron VanZandt singled, and Oliver Bruen worked a walk to load the bases. Biggs scored on a wild pitch, and Grove delivered the tying and go-ahead runs. Wilhelm Schmitt followed with an RBI single, and later crossed the plate on another wild pitch. Biggs finished 1-for-2 with a double and two walks. Dundee/Bradford’s Clay Gleason went 2-3 with a run scored. Caleb Semans doubled and drove in a run. Chris Clancey scored. Alex Goltry and Dom Spina both had a single.

Owen Cuba doubled and tripled while Sam Clark took care of the pitching duties as Honeoye won a third straight game and sixth in the past seven. Cuba had two of Honeoye’s seven extra-base hits on the day. The senior also drove in a run and scored twice. Clark struck out five. The senior allowed one run on five hits and two walks. At the plate, he went 3-4 with a triple and three runs scored. Christian Lead also tripled as part of an effort that saw him drive in a run and score twice. Andrew Fraser tripled, scored and drove in a run. Kevin Schmitt went 2-4 with three RBI and a run scored. Kyle Schmitt singled twice, walked and scored. Dylan Washburn doubled, had two RBI and scored. Gary Ferge was 1-2 with a double, RBI and a run scored. Dylan Mayall was 2-3 and scored the lone HAC run. Ryan Malanowski singled twice and drove in a run.

Brady McClurg took advantage of en error to score the winning ru for Leroy.  Trailing 3-2 in the top of the fourth inning, Leroy scored six runs to take a commanding 8-3 lead.  Livonia answered with a seven-run sixth inning to take a 10-9 lead. Leroy responded with four of their own to take a 13-10 heading into the bottom of the seventh inning. Aaron Kime had a single in the bottom of the seventh when Livonia tied the scored. Kime had three hits for the Bulldogs. Grant Francis and Carson Beardsley added two hits apiece for Livonia.

Charlie Mulford went 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI as Wayland-Cohocton won its fifth straight game and 12th in the past 13. Mulford’s solo home run in the bottom of the fifth tied the game at four. Hayden Wolfanger’s RBI single gave the Eagles the lead. Wolfanger picked up the win in relief giving up one earned run over three innings while striking out six. Landon Stoddard started on the mound for Pavilion/York and scattered six hits over 4 2/3 innings while striking out four. Stoddard also went 2–3 at the plate with an RBI.

LETCHWORTH (4-12) 13
HORNELL (4-11) 9

Logan Gath finished 5-for-5 with four RBI and Hayden Schroeder went 3-for-5 with three RBI as Letchworth won its third straight game. Brody Whalen was 3-4 with an RBI in the win. Hayden Ayres added an inside-the-park grand slam in the fourth.

HAVERLING (6-9) 4

Phillip Dotterweich allowed one earned run over 4 2/3 and struck out nine to pick up the win. The senior also had two hits and scored two runs as Geneseo won its 10th straight game. Luke Davis and Oren Ray had two RBI apiece in the win. Tyler Churchfield doubled, walked twice and scored twice. Cooper Warner singled, walked, had an RBI and scored. Preston Granger accounted for a hit, an RBI and a run scored. The Blue Devils scored three runs in the third and two more in the fourth to take a 6-1 lead.  Dylan Wenban, Asher Phenes and Dante Nealy each singled and scored for Haverling. Dayton Orlowske and Lukas Mills-Travis had an RBI apiece.

OAKFIELD-ALABAMA (9-8) 10
CALEDONIA-MUMFORD (5-11) 1

Hunter Tobolski sparked a four-run first inning with a triple that brought home a pair of runs, and Oakfield-Alabama went on to win back-to-back games. John Cianfrini and and Avery Watterson both finished 3-for-5 with an RBI and three runs scored from the top of the order. Cianfrini doubled out of the leadoff spot, and Watterson, the two-hole, tripled. Liam Gibson and Ryan Schnaufer also had a double apiece. Levi Kabel was 3-4 with a walk and an RBI. Dillon Alcott singled and scored the lone Cal-Mum run.

Myles Wurtz struck out two in a complete-game effort, and Williamson avenged an earlier loss with its four win in the past five games. Wurtz allowed four runs (three earned) on nine hits and five walks. The junior held Gananda to its lowest run output in the past six games. Wurtz went 1-for-3 at the plate and sparked a four-run fourth with a one-out single. Devin Allen and Caiden Watson connected on back-to-back two-out, two-run singles to give the Marauders a lead they did not surrender at 5-2. Allen finished 2-4 while Watson, 1-2 with two walks and two runs scored. Charles Walter was 2-3 and crossed home once. Michael Ishler scored a run. David DeFisher was 2-3 with a walk. Brady Wadsworth and Owen Switzer delivered RBI singles and gave Gananda a 2-0 lead in the first. Henry Shutts finished 1-2 with a walk and a run scored for the Blue Panthers. Switzer was 2-4. Maximus Mg single, walked and had an RBI. Jackson Giancursio was 1-2 with a walk. Maddox Stoughton scored a run. Gananda took a 16-6 decisions when the Wayne County foes met on April 29th.

Evan DeWispelaere struck out 10 over 6 1/3 innings of work to pick up the win. DeWispelaere allowed three runs (one earned) on three hits and four walks. Stephen Robinson’s RBI double in the sixth gave NR-W a 3-1 lead, and DeWispelaere drew a bases-loaded walk to bring home the eventual game winner. Cody Crane was 2-4 with a double and an RBI. Thomas Mills finished 2-4 with a double and a run scored. Clayton Collins and Marcus Haffner both singled and scored. Crane fanned one over 2/3 innings of work to register a save. Clyde-Savannah’s Jackson singled, walked, drove in a run and scored. Dain Brisky singled and scored. Jace Paylor had two RBI. Derek Cole scored a run.

Bradyn Orbaker and Cooper Ingersoll had three hits and two doubles apiece to lead Sodus to a third straight win. The duo combined in a four-run first inning when Orbaker led with a single and later scored. Ingersoll brought in a run with his first two-bagger. The Spartans went on to score four more in the third and seven in the fourth. Both Ingersoll and Orbaker went 3-for-4 Ingersoll had two RBI and two runs scored. Orbaker posted three and three in those categories. Wade DeRue started and struck out four over four innings to pick up the win. DeRue allowed one run on two hits and three walks. Austin Cincinello finished 2-4 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored in the win. Evan Laird was 2-3 with a double, walk, RBI and run scored. Jordan Orange-Patton doubled, drove in a run and scored twice. Garrett Baron was 1-2 with a walk and two runs scored. Parker Orbaker singled, walked twice and scored twice. Gauge Johnson singled, walked, drove in a run and scored. Carter Salerno had a base hit and an RBI. Daniel Smith doubled and scored two runs for Marcus Whitman. Curtis Kierst and Shane Malone both crossed home.

Martin McConnell finished 2-for-2 with a double, three walks, four stolen bases and an RBI to lead Byron-Bergen. Evan Collins was 2-for-3 with a double, a stolen base and an RBI. Jerry Romereo and Max Marsocci both went 3-4. Marsocci had a double and two stolen bases. Romero swiped five bags. Kyle Smith had two hits including a three-run home run. Dylan Utter and Gavin Kinkelaar accounted for two hits apiece. Bryson Snell added a base hit, and Hayden Starkweather had a sacrifice fly. Kinkelaar hurled 6 1/3 innings for the win.

NOTRE DAME-BATAVIA (14-4) 6
ELBA (12-6) 0

Evan Fitzpatrick struck out 14 and hurled a one-hitter to lead Notre Dame-Batavia. After surrendering a leadoff double from Elba’s Nick Scott to start the second, the sophomore retired nine straight and 14 of the next 15 batters. Fitzpatrick also doubled as part of a 2-for-4 effort at the plate with three runs scored. Charles Cummings was 2-4 with a double, an RBI and a run scored. Chase Antinore finished 2-4 out of the leadoff spot with four stolen bases and a run scored. Owen Bentley went 2-3. Eli Grice singled and scored. ND-B pitchers have thrown seven shutouts this season.

PEMBROKE (13-3) 12
NEWFANE (VI) 2 (F/6)

Jayden Bridge finished 2-for-3 including a two-run triple in the second to stake Pembroke to a lead it did not surrender. Bridge scored two runs in the win – Pembroke’s third straight and sixth in the past seven games. Jacob Johnson was 3-3 with a triple, five RBI and a run scored in the win. Johnson also started and struck out three over four innings to pick up the win. The junior allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits and a walk. Anthony Abbatiello was 2-4 with three runs scored. Trey Newton singled twice, drove in a run and scored three times. Brayden Lang was 1-3 with an RBI and a run scored. Austin Humphrey singled and scored.

GENESEE VALLEY-BELFAST (18-1) 10

Sophomore Derek Calanni scattered five hits and struck out seven in his second varsity start. The 6-foot-4 walked two and improved to 2-0 on the season. Genesee Valley-Belfast took advantage of seven walks and three hit batters. Ian Mackenzie finished 2-for-3 with two RBI and two stolen bases to lead the offense. Ryan Daciw , Nolan Hunter and Evan Turybury had one hit each. Canisteo-Greenwood’s Thomas Sirianni, Dan Stilson , Kaden Mitchel , Garret Charles and Aiden Watters each had one hit.

BOLIVAR-RICHBURG (11-7) 7
ANDOVER-WHITESVILLE (7-9) 5

Landon Barkley tripled as part of a 2-for-3 effort with a walk, two RBI and a run scored to lead Bolivar-Richburg which opened a 4-0 lead in the second inning. Ryder Iantoro doubled and drove in two runs. James Day singled, walked and scored twice. Braden Zilker walked and crossed home twice. Carson Lipyance walked twice and scored twice. Zilker struck out thee over 4 1/3 to pick up the win. Mason Baldwin fanned five over 2 2/3 and registered a save. Colton Calladine, Carter Grice and Brody Vance had a double apiece for Andover-Whitesville. Vance also walked and scored twice. Calladine crossed home once. Grice accounted for an RBI. Vincent Joyce also scored.

FILLMORE (10-7) 17
HINSDALE (2-16) 3

Connor McCumiskey drove in four runs while James Hillman and Isaac Wilcox had three RBI apiece to lead Fillmore. McCumiskey finished 3-for-4 at the plate. Hillman scored twice and was 2-5 with a two-run home run. Wilcox doubled and scored twice. Jack Boon singled, walked, drove in a run and scored three times. Brayden Hennard singled, drove in a run and scored twice. Braylon Hatch walked and scored twice.

ARKPORT-CANASERAGA (14-1) 9
CAMPBELL-SAVONA (6-9) 0

Micah Marvin struck out six over five innings of three-hit ball and went 2-for-3 with an RBI and run scored to lead Arkport-Canaseraga. Caden Carey was 2-4 with a double, RBI and run scored out of the leadoff spot while John Marcus was 3-3 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored.
