Zach Worrall connected on a two-out single, and Victor took advantage of an error to come from behind for a sixth straight win. Trailing 4-3 in the seventh, Matthew Lanning reached on a hit by pitch to start the inning. Two outs later, Dylan Chudner walked and Worrall followed with a base hit that was mishandled in the outfield allowing the Blue Devils to score three times on the play. Worrall went 3-for-4 with two RBI. Jack Guiffre started and struck out six over six innings to pick up the win. The senior allowed four runs (one earned) on six hits and two walks. John Schwartz retired all three batters he faced to register a save. Lanning finished with two RBI on a two-out single in the second. Fairport’s Patrick Linquist doubled and drove in two. Andrew Gropp went 2-3 with a double and RBI for the Red Raiders which three in the fifth to take a 4-3 lead. Sam Roselli was 2-4 with an RBI and a run scored. Alexander Grejda singled, walked and scored.

IRONDEQUOIT (4-7) 1
CHURCHVILLE-CHILI (11-3) 15

Lucas Karelus paced a 23-hit attack going 4-for-5 including an RBI single in the second inning when Churchville-Chili scored six runs to take a 7-0 lead. Karelus also doubled, tripled, drove in four runs and scored four times as the Saints rebounded from a loss with their eighth win in the past nine games. Aaron Reina doubled twice, drove in four runs and scored once in the win. Bobby Rule Jr. went 3-4 with an RBI and two runs scored. Anthony Indiano started and allowed one hit over four shutout innings to pick up the win. The sophomore struck out one and walked two. Josh Miner fanned four over three innings of relief work. Nick Arena was 3-4 with an RBI and two runs scored. Carson Shepanksi went 2-4 with an RBI and two runs scored. Nick Vaccaro doubled, walked and drove in a run as part of a 3-4 effort. James Derleth tripled and scored a run. Marcus Roney was 2-2 with a walk, an RBI and a run scored. William Sheible drove in two with a base hit. Anthony Cerretto singled and scored. Max Spitz, Jackson Mroczek, Nathan Jones and James Jackson had a hit apiece for Irondequoit. Landon Bryan scored the lone Eagles’ run. Jack Niggli accounted for an RBI.

BROCKPORT (7-5) 10

Myles Sherman plated a pair with a double, and Aiden McDaniels delivered a two-run triple in the sixth inning when Brockport scored six times to take an 8-1 lead. Sherman and McDaniels both finished 2-for-4 on the day with three RBI as the Blue Devils won their third straight and fourth in the past five games. Hunter Moore went 3-5 with an RBI and a run scored in the win. Caleb Sheehan doubled as part of a 2-4 effort with an RBI and run scored. Sean Hayes doubled, drove in a run and scored once. Mason Standish and Brayden Scaccia both singled and scored. Ty Sherman walked once, scored twice and struck out six over 5.1 innings of work to pick up the win. The junior allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits and four walks. Arcadia’s Alex Jussen singled, walked, drove in a run and scored twice. Colin Anderson singled, walked and drove in two. Ryan Bailey walked once and scored twice. Joey Zona was 2-5 with a run scored. Chris Walter singled, walked and had an RBI. Blake DeForest was 1-3 with a walk and a run scored. Julio Sosa singled, walked twice and had an RBI.

EASTRIDGE (6-6) 5
BATAVIA (8-4) 6

Maggio Buchholz finished 2-for-3 and scored the game winner as Batavia walked off with its seventh win in the past eight games. After erasing a pair of deficits earlier in the contest, Buchholz tripled to lead the seventh and scored on a Jameson Motyka RBI groundout. Bronx Buchholz struck out seven without issuing a walk in a complete-game victory. Motyka also doubled and drove in another run. Lakoda Mruczek was 2-3 with a triple, two RBI and a run scored. Brady Mazur was 2-3 with a run. Brady Carney singled and scored. Eastridge’s Jayden Inglese drove in a pair of runs with a two-out single in the second as the Lancers grabbed an early 3-0 lead. Evan Bishop and Peyton Kispert connected on back-to-back doubles in the sixth to give Eastridge a 5-4 edge. Erik Gomez Medina went 1-3 with an RBI and run scored. James Dietz singled and scored. Xzavier Hughey scored a pair of runs. Nolan O’Neill accounted for a base hit.

PITTSFORD SUTHERLAND (8-5) 5
GREECE OLYMPIA/ODYSSEY (8-7) 1

Sam Byrne struck out eight over six shutout innings and drove in a run with a single to lead Pittsford Sutherland. The junior allowed three hits and three walks. Ryan Munzinger finished 2-for-3 at the plate including a single in the first when the Knights grabbed a lead they did not surrender at 2-0. Munzinger also doubled and scored twice in the win. Owen Osborne went 1-3 with a walk and two runs scored. Tyler Allen singled, drove in a run and also scored. Aidan Kress was 3-4 at the plate. Logan Tomeny walked twice and collected an RBI. Noah Gressell struck out two in one inning of relief work. Matthew Jason went 2-4 with a double and drove in the lone Olympia/Odyssey run. Juliun Carter walked and scored. Connor Welker and Alex Rink had a hit apiece for the Griffins.

RUSH-HENRIETTA (7-7) 6
WEBSTER SCHROEDER (7-5) 1

Caden Richards hurled a complete game, and Rush-Henrietta won for the second time in as many outings. Richards struck out five, walked three and allowed one run on five hits. Mason Davey finished 1-for-2 with two walks and crossed home twice including the go-ahead run in the fifth inning. Dylan Savage finished 2-4 and drove in a run in the seventh when the Royal Comets scored three times. Austin Yageric singled, walked twice and scored. Oliver Wright singled, drove in a run and scored another. Richards and Derek VanAuker both drove in a run with a base hit. Brendan Mangone added an RBI. Matthew Turner walked three times and scored once. Tyler Cannon singled, walked and scored the lone Webster Schroeder run. Elliott Johnson doubled and drove in a run. Zach Broccolo finished 2-3 at the plate. Ashton Allen also had a hit.

SPENCERPORT (5-8) 2
BRIGHTON (8-5) 9

Nolan Bonnell started, struck out six over six innings and allowed two runs (none earned) on three walks and two hits as Brighton won its third straight game. The senior retired 10 of 11 batters from the end of the second into the fifth. Grady Hopkin went 2-for-3 at the plate including a two-run double in the first to help stake the Bruins to a 3-0 lead. Wes Sturrup was 4-4 with two runs scored while Sam Burge finished 3-3 with an RBI and a run scored. Jack Edelstein singled, walked, drove in two and scored twice. Mike Staszak plated a pair of runs with two hits. Noah Dietz singled and scored. Nate Bondi and Noah Wagner had a hit apiece. Jaeden Ford singled and scored for Spencerport. Dwyer Boyzuck drove in a run for the Rangers. Rowan Boyzuck, Braxton Mann and Denver Allen had a hit apiece.

Augustine Valentini was 4-for-4 at plate with two stolen bases, three runs scored and an RBI tol lead Kearney/Chesterton/Archangel. Ninth-grader Connor Marks picked up his first varsity win on the mound.

NORTHSTAR CHRISTIAN (6-6) 2
KENDALL (9-1) 10

Nick Cole struck out 10 in a complete-game effort to help Kendall to back-to-back wins. Johnny Conte finished 2-for-4 at the plate with two runs scored while Charlie D’Agostino was 2-3 with a walk, two RBI and three runs scored to lead an offense that put crooked numbers on the board in four separate innings and took a 5-1 lead after five innings. Colby Hughes was 4-4 with a double, two RBI and three runs scored. Vince D’Agostino singled and scored. Sam Conte was 1-3 with an RBI and run scored. Cole singled and drove in two. Jonas Rhodes walked and scored. Northstar’s DaVonn Stevens accounted for a solo home run.

NEWARK (5-6) 8
MYNDERSE (6-4) 6 (F/9)

Nolan Rice connected on an RBI double and Keane Brady delivered a run-scoring single as Newark outlasted Mynderse in a back-and-forth battle. Devin Littlefield reached on a two-base error in the ninth and came home on Rice’s second double of the game. Trailing 4-2 in the sixth, Newark scored four runs to take a 6-4 lead. Mynderse responded with two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning on a Cullen Herron two-run double. Rice hurled three scoreless innings in relief to pick up the win and went 2-for-5 at the plate. Cody Forjone finished 2-3 with a double. Nolan Benedict was 2-4 with a double and an RBI. Carlos Martinez went 2-4 with an RBI. Brady had a 2-5 effort. Alan Plummer led Mynderse going 3-3 with two doubles and an RBI.

WAYNE (7-5) 10
PALMYRA-MACEDON (9-3) 9

Ben Smith brought home Michael Grasso with a two-out double in the seventh as Wayne rallied to avenge an earlier loss. Trailing 9-8 heading into their final at-bat, Gehrig Locker led the frame with a single. Grasso and Caleb Celso both reached on an error to load the bases. One out later, Kaden Phelan knotted the game with a sacrifice fly. Locker finished 2-for-2 with a walk in the win. Aidan Twist walked thee times and scored twice. Cory Jones Jr. singled, walked and scored. Kahlen Clark was 1-2 with two walks and two runs scored. Lucas Welker was 1-3 with three RBI. Smith struck out four over two scoreless innings of relief to pick up the win. Pal-Mac’s Tino LoPresto doubled, walked, drove in two runs and scored once. Ryan Caffyn was 2-4 with an RBI and two runs scored for the Red Raiders who took an 8-0 decision when the two teams met last Thursday. Gavin Everts was 1-3 with two RBI. Tony Porpora III and Brayden Leo both walked and scored. Andrew West drew three walks and scored twice.

DANSVILLE (4-4) 1
LIVONIA (10-3) 11 (F/5)

Kaidan O’Connor struck out six over five innings to pick up his second consecutive win. The junior allowed three hits and three walks as Livonia won its fifth straight game. Livonia jumped out to a 3-0 lead after one as Brady O’Keefe doubled in a run and Jake Benitez followed with a two-run single. The Bulldogs plated seven in the third on a Brady O’Keefe triple followed by a Carson Beardsley single.  Seth Eadie capped it off with a two-run double. O’Keefe went 2-for-2 with a double, a triple three RBI and two runs scored. After an hour delay due to rain, the Bulldogs scored another run in the fourth to make it 11-1.

GENESEO (6-4) 5
AVON (1-9) 2

Luke Davis struck out 10 over six innings and Tyler Churchfield connected on a pair of doubles to lead Geneseo. Davis allowed one run on five hits and three walks to pick up the win. Churchfield’s one out double in the fourth sparked a two-run frame to give the Blue Devils a lead they did not surrender. Cooper Warner and Preston Granger followed with back-to-back RBI base hits. Granger and Oren Ray both went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored. Brady O’Brien was 2-3 with a walk, an RBI and a run scored out of the leadoff spot. Churchfield was 3-4 in the contest.

MARION (0-8) 0
SODUS (11-0) 12 (F/5)

A trio of pitchers combined on a 2-hitter, and Austin Cincinello paced a 12-hit attack with a home run to lead Sodus. Parker Orbaker started and struck out all six batters he faced. Wade DeRue fanned five over two perfect innings of relief, and Carter Salerno hurled a scoreless frame. Cincinello connected on a two-run single in the second when Sodus scored eight runs and connected on a two-run home run in the third as the Spartans had all the runs needed for the victory. The senior finished 2-for-2 with a walk, four RBI and two runs scored. Evan Laird was 2-2 with a triple, an RBI and three runs scored. Gauge Johnson doubled as part of a 2-2 effort with an RBI and two runs scored. Salerno went 2-3 at the plate with a run scored. Bradyn Orbaker singled, drove in two and scored. Cooper Ingersoll singled and brought home two. Jordan Orrange Patton finished with a walk, RBI and run scored. William Martinez added a double.

CLYDE-SAVANNAH (5-6) 0
GANANDA (9-3) 8

Henry Shutts struck out 13 over six innings of one-hit ball and Gananda won for the fifth time in six games. Shutts retired 15 of the last 17 batters that came to the plate and faced four over the limit. At the plate, the junior finished 2-for-2 with a pair of doubles, two walks and three runs scored out of the leadoff spot. Will Schneemann hurled a scoreless inning of relief and went 1-3 at the plate with an RBI and run scored. Jonathon Frick also had two hits and scored once. Owen Switzer doubled and drove in a run. Maddox Stoughton walked twice and had two RBI. Anthony D’Agostino collected a base hit and three RBI. Landon Morabito walked and scored. Aiden Grinnell had the lone Clyde-Savannah hit.

RED CREEK (2-8) 1
NORTH ROSE-WOLCOTT (5-5) 3

Evan DeWispelaere fanned four over a complete-game effort and finished 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI to lead North Rose-Wolcott. DeWispelaere gave up five hits and six walks without allowing an earned run. The junior singled and scored on a Cody Crane RBI groundout in the first. In the second, he plated Stephen Robinson with a two-out double. Robinson went 2-3 with an RBI and run scored in the win. Marcus Haffner walked twice and scored. Red Creek’s Duke Wright was 2-3 with a walk and an RBI. Cole Sharkey scored the lone run for the Mules. Isaiah Cleveland, Cooper Hadcock and Casey Doll had a hit apiece.

RED CREEK (2-9) 2
NORTH ROSE-WOLCOTT (6-5) 4

Lathan Milliman and Landon Bundy combined for a one-hitter while Cody Crane reached base twice and scored twice to lead North Rose-Wolcott. Evan DeWispelaere finished 2-for-3 with an RBI. Clayton Collins doubled and scored in three at-bats. Marcus Haffner finished 2-3 with a double and an RBI. Stephen Robinson also scored a run. Red Creek’s Adam Doll and Owen Donnelly both walked and scored. Isaiah Cleveland singled.

WILLIAMSON (3-3) 13
LYONS (1-7) 3 (F/5)

David DeFisher finished 2-for-3 including a two-run double in the first inning when Williamson took an 8-0 lead. DeFisher had two doubles in the game with a walk, two RBI and three runs scored. Myles Wurtz doubled and drove in a run in the first, scored another run and later collected two more RBI. Wurtz struck out five over 4.1 innings Caiden Watson doubled, walked twice, drove in a run and scored. Charles Walter was 1-2 with a walk and scored twice. Michael Ishler accounted for an RBI and two runs scored. Cole Burnett went 2-2 with a double and a walk to lead the Lyons offense. Brayden Kitchen, Ben Bookmiller and Bary Byler scored a run apiece for the Lions.

OAKFIELD-ALABAMA (4-3) 4
ELBA (6-1) 1

David Schnaufer struck out eight and scattered 10 hits and two walks over a complete-game effort to lead Oakfield-Alabama. At the plate, Schnaufer doubled and drove in a run. Jack Cianfrini finished 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and two runs scored. Avery Watterson was 2-3 with a double, walk and a stolen base. Jake Gehlert went 1-2 with an RBI sacrifice fly. Levi Kabel singled, stole a base and scored. Dom West walked, swiped a base and crossed home once. Elba’s Alex Roscoe went 2-3 including a one-single in the seventh when the Lancers loaded the bases and brought the winning run to the plate. Bing Zuber went 3-4 with a double. Mark Caparco singled and scored. Fletcher Norton accounted for a double. Brayden Jachimowicz singled and drove in a run.

BOLIVAR-RICHBURG (6-3) 6

Landon Barkley finished 2-for-3 with a triple, walk and two runs scored for Bolivar-Richburg which scored five runs in the first inning. Tavyn MacDonell was 2-3 with a triple, two walks, two RBI and a run scored. Mason Baldwin doubled, drove in a run and scored. Braden Zilker and Maddox Davison both walked and scored.
