Oscar Lilac accounted for 23 while Kellen Driscoll added 22 points and Glens Falls used a 22-13 advantage in the third quarter to pull away from a seven-point game in New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) Class A semifinal action at Visions Veterans Memorial Arena in Binghamton. Cam Blankenberg connected on 3-of-4 attempts from behind the 3-point arc and finished with a game-high 29 points to lead Wayne. The junior guard grabbed eight rebounds and blocked two shots. Aidan Twist added 16 points for the Eagles. Richie Miles (5), Isaac White (3) and Cory Jones (2) also scored for Wayne which was making its second straight NYSPHSAA semifinal appearance. Wayne lost to Glens Falls in the 2024 Class A championship game. Aiden Prunty and Brody Holcomb scored 14 apiece for Glens Falls in Saturday’s win.

Connor Ciota scored 21 points, and Tucker Burnett added 13 for Marcellus which took a 27-22 lead into halftime in New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) Class B semifinal action at Visions Veterans Memorial Arena in Binghamton. World of Inquiry’s Kanaz Linder led all scorers with 23 points. Junayde Richardson-Dunn added 14 for the Griffins, and Jaedon Adams-Griffin had 10 points. Marcus Norwood (5) and Curtis Bell (3) also scored for the Griffins which were making a program-first appearance in the state semifinals.
