Sydney Reilly (Elba) garnered her second-straight All-Tournament MVP en route to Elba’s second title in a row. Aimee Turner (Greece Arcadia/Olympia), AJ Orr (Aquinas), Lucy Bush (Pittsford Sutherland), Jordyn Dyring (Hornell), Jayla Bell (Lyons), Lily Baughman (Bloomfield) and Braelyn Isaman (Keshequa) each received All-Tournament MVP honors, the section announced.

Turner scored 10 points during a 13-0 Greece Arcadia/Olympia run to make it a one-possession game, but it was not enough as Fairport won 48-36, en route to its second title in a row. The senior averaged a double-double all season, including a 32-point, 14-rebound effort in the semifinal to earn Class AAA MVP.

Orr, the AA MVP, dropped 21 points, lifting Aquinas out of a 15-5 hole to start the game and captured the Class AA title, 55-44. Entering the title game, Orr averaged 17 points per game and lifted the Li’l Irish which moved up after claiming the Class A title in 2024.

Bush erased two-years of pain, scoring 15 of her 25 points in the opening frame to power Pittsford Sutherland to its first title since 2014, winning 61-45. After being down eight in the second quarter, the Class A MVP tallied 10 points in the frame, sparking a 14-2 run for the Knights.

Dyring netted nine points after the break, part of a 17-point outing, lifting Hornell to its third-straight sectional championship. Dyring played a role in the stifling Hornell defense that allowed just four points after the break. Entering the championship game, the Class B1 MVP averaged 17.2 points per game this season.
