Emerson Wandtke scored eight of her team-high 14 points in the first quarter when Mercy built a 26-10 lead and went on to win its seventh straight game. Wandtke connected four times from the floor and was one of six Monarchs to score in the opening eight minutes. The eighth-grader also grabbed six rebounds. Robin Jones added 10 points in the win. Krista Harnischfeger had nine points and six rebounds. Mia Lusardi (4), Allison Barone (3), Angelina Borelli (2), Avery Moose (2), Laura Kosten (9), Natalie Casale (2), Josie Webster (2), Bianca Iacovangelo (2), Bridget Wise (4), Madelyn Goetz (2) and Ella Rogala (7) rounded out the scoring for Mercy. Edison’s Kaysia Jones led all scorers with 28 points. NaKayla Costello added 13 points for the Inventors while JaKayla Costello had five points. Antoinette Cotton contributed two points for Edison.

Petra Hunt led three in double figures for Pittsford Sutherland which used a 22-8 advantage in the second quarter to build a 20-point lead heading into halftime. Hunt scored 20 as Sutherland rebounded from a loss with its fifth win in the past six games. Teammates Lucy Bush and Ella Pisanelli added 16 and 13 respectively. Hannah Sanford and Mia Torres scored six apiece to lead Gates.

Asia Wilson and Leah Dukes combined for 23 first-half points as Kearney took a 26-23 lead into the break. Wilson finished with a team-high 22 points. Dukes added 16. Clair Spears had 13 for BK. Adrianna Kennedy (3) and Isabella Brookins (1) also scored for Kearney. Bethlehem’s Kaitlyn Robbins led all scorers with 26 points including 12 in the fourth quarter when the Eagles erased a three-point deficit. Kate Bamigan scored 16.

Jorja Gray finished with a game-high 17 points, and Spencerport won its third straight. Emily Peacock added five points. The junior forward also collected five steals to lead an overall team effort that saw the Rangers collect 15 thefts in the game. Alia Gatto and Alena Zaher also had five points apiece in the win. Leigha Pokracki (4), Addy Lynch (2) and Claire Mahoney (2) rounded out the scoring for Spencerport which led 26-7 at halftime. Lia Larson led Kendall with eight points. Addison Kludt added seven for the Eagles. Stella Kwiatck (3), Sophia Picardo (2) and Mia Price (2) also scored for Kendall.

Sasha Bellamy led three in double figures for Letchworth which jumped out to a 22-6 lead after one quarter of play. Bellamy finished with a game-high 19 points along with seven rebounds, five assists and three steals for the Legends who won their fifth straight game. Charity Scott added 12 points and three steals in the win. Maya Bellamy had 11 points. Gillian Kemp accounted for six points and nine rebounds while Kendall Jines had six points, four steals and three assists. Harper Bliss rounded out the scoring with two points.
