The senior forward supplied all of his scoring in three quarters, making 12 field goals and a pair of foul shots. Osier accumulated 21 rebounds and two assists as well. Junior guard I’zayah Reaves connected on a team-high four three-pointers en route to 18 points and dished out six assists, grabbed six boards and swiped three steals. Khorie Reaves scored 13 of his 15 points in the first half as the Trojans rolled to a 41-32 lead. The senior guard added six dimes, six swipes, four rebounds and three rejections. Greece Athena advances to the sectional quarterfinals to take on No. 8 seed Brighton. For Northeast, Kanaz Linder led with 17 points on six makes and five free throws. Ben Sneddon dominated both ends with 29 points and 15 rebounds as Hilton cruised past the opening round of sectionals. The senior forward poured 27 of his 29 points in the first three quarters, including 14 in the opening stanza. Sneddon converted 10 field goals, including eight from inside the arc, and 7-of-8 free throws. Tim Graziano nailed three of his four made long-range shots in the second half as he finished with 18 points. The senior guard dished out three assists. Senior guard John Bianchi recorded eight points, eight assists and seven boards. Hilton advances to the sectional quarterfinals to take on No. 7 seed Victor. For Greece Arcadia, junior forward Xavier Smith led three players in double figures with 18 points on nine makes. Senior guard Jakson Schweigert netted all 15 of his points after the opening period. Anthony DeRosa and Aydin Stephens combined for five of the Warriors’ six made three-pointers. DeRosa led with three conversions as part of his 12 points along with three dimes, two boards and a pair of swipes. Stephens had two makes and finished with 14 points, three assists and three rebounds. Webster Schroeder advances to the sectional quarterfinals to take on No. 5 seed Penfield. For Churchville-Chili, junior forward Lucas Karelus posted a game-high 23 points on nine made field goals and three charity stripe conversions. Smith compiled 32 points via 12 makes inside the arc and 8-of-12 from the charity stripe. Smith netted six in the first quarter, two in the second, 10 in the third and six in the fourth as well. Jayden Freeman stepped up with four of his 11 points in the extra period. Brighton advances to the sectional quarterfinals to take on top-seeded Greece Athena. For Pittsford Mendon, Michael Bischoping drilled six three-pointers and poured in 30 points. Bischoping scored eight points in the opening stanza, seven in the second and final periods and six in the third. Joshua Shadders provided eight of his 16 points in the second half. Schwenebraten led with 10 of his game-high 28 points and converted 4-of-4 free throws. The sophomore guard ignited the Wildcats early with 12 points in the first period. Williams hit three foul shots as part of his seven points and finished with 24 overall. The junior guard collected 15 first-half points to spark the Wildcats to a commanding 38-19 advantage.
