Rhylin Fehrenbach poured in 35 points, 21 boards and four steals, as Victor outscored the Cadets 12-5 in the extra frame to clinch the Monroe County Division I league title for the first time since 1983. After being down by eight at the conclusion of the first quarter, the Blue Devils stormed back to make it a 26-25 game still in favor of Hilton. The game was tied 50-50 at the end of regulation, setting up the overtime run. For Hilton, Mallory Heise led with 30 points.

India Williams recorded a double-double, posting 19 points and 10 rebounds, leading Gates Chili. Williams also added three blocks. For Spencerport, Jorga Gray led with 15 points. Lena Zaher followed with 10 points.

For Fairport, Jada Crocker led the scoresheet with 11 points, making five shots inside the arc. Delaney McIntyre made two shots inside the arc and a free throw. Courtney Merlo and Samara Rizzo both added four points. Lola Pucci and Amiya Johnson both drained a three-pointer.
