Sam Miller went 3-for-5 with four RBI as Fairport used an 11-run fifth inning to roll to its sixth victory on the season. In the inning, Fairport saw its first 10 batters reach base before a Will Stanek sacrifice fly was the first out recorded. Stanek had two hits in three at-bats. Miller had two doubles, totaling three RBI in the inning alone. Owen Andreatta, Jack Bushnell and Matthew Lindquist all contributed RBI singles in the fifth. Bushnell also tallied a leadoff double in the third. Antonio Jorge and Stephen Rizzolo both drew run-scoring walks. Rizzolo went 2-for-3 with two doubles and scored three times. Nathan Mathis had a single and a walk in two plate appearances. Nate VanDeVoorde hurled four innings, fanning six and allowing three hits and an unearned run. VanDeVoorde also retired eight of the first nine batters he faced. William Nunn, Aiden Nelson and Jerry Ostrander all had hits in the winning effort. Mason Broncatello drove in two and had an RBI single. For Brighton, John Ahrens led the offense, going 2-for-2 with two singles. Wes Sturrup had a triple and a run scored. Andrew Kotrides and Cole Fikes both tallied hits for the Bruins. Ben Kazel drove in one.

Sophomore Jack Kelly struck out seven and allowed two earned runs on two hits and four walks over five innings to lead Schroeder. Justin Maier, Kaleb Juliano, Tyler Cannon, and Zac Touloupas had two hits apiece in the win. McQuaid’s Jack Zaso went 2-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI.

CHURCHVILLE-CHILI (8-1) 7
Churchville-Chili put up a four-spot in the bottom of the first and never surrendered the lead afterward. After back-to-back singles by Josh Campbell and Cooper Romich, Mike Sardou took a hit-by-pitch to load the bases for the Saints. Anthony Shortino followed up on the next pitch with a single that drove home Campbell. Parker Farnham later drove in Romich on a sacrifice fly and Jaylen Lopez reached on an error to bring Sardou home. Campbell finished the game 3-for-4 with three singles and an RBI. Shortino and Justin Meister both tallied two hits in three at-bats for the Saints. Evan Putney, Lopez and Dominic Morsch all tallied hits. Sardou started for Churchville-Chili and went five innings, allowing one run on four hits and fanning two. For Penfield, Alex Young and Travis Bush both cracked doubles. Jacob Natale went 1-for-2 with a single. Nick Masters had a hit in three at-bats to round out the hit column for the Patriots.

Hilton uncorked 16 hits to cruise to its seventh straight win. Brody Gerig connected on the first pitch of the game for a double, then later came around to score on a Steven Kraus sacrifice fly, part of a three-run first for the Cadets. Michael Heise walked and then Jeffery Broadnax followed with a single. Charlie Streb drove them both in with a double to round out the scoring in the first for the Cadets. Hilton also scored four in the sixth using five-straight hits, including an RBI double by Kraus, as well as RBI singles by Heise and Joe Sanna. Gerig and James Capellupo both finished 2-for-5. Kraus, Ryan Wahl and Streb all drove in two runs apiece. Streb also finished 2-for-2. Nick McMahon had two singles in four at-bats. Broadnax also had a double in the sixth. John Bianchi had a hit and two walks in four plate appearances. For Spencerport, Noah Barravecchia and Zachary Lamberton both went 1-for-4 and drove in a run apiece to lead the offense. Nicholas Freville tallied a single. Lorenzo Tantalo smacked a double and scored.

Adam Ruffalo connected on a one-out single that brought home Carter Fink as Victor walked it off to win its second straight after dropping the previous two. Grady Kessler tied the game in the fifth, smacking a two-run double and went 2-for-3 on the day. Weston Elkovitch went the distance for the Blue Devils, whiffing nine, as well as allowing four runs on six hits. Fink went 2-for-4 and drove in a run. Copper Loyal had a double and a single in three at-bats. Auburn had a four-run third inning that included a bases-clearing double from Owen Birchard. Myles Mcbride went 3-for-3 for Auburn.

Through two-and-a-third innings of baseball on Friday evening, Pittsford Sutherland starter Thomas Carter had allowed five baserunners. Hardly the makings of a masterpiece. Aiden Lerner-Morelle cracked a two-run single in the bottom of the sixth to give Mendon a lead it did not surrender. Jaden Singer led off the inning with a walk, then after a lineout Colden Forney drew a walk of his own. Lerner-Morelle then drove them both in on a 1-2 count. Mendon scored four in the first to take the lead after Canandaigua scored in the top half. The inning saw the first five batters all reach base safely, including an RBI single by Forney and a two-RBI fielder’s choice by Aiden Lerner-Morelle. Brandon Trott later had a sacrifice fly to drive in Cameron Barbulean finish the scoring in the inning. Barbulean led the hit column for the Vikings, going 2-for-3 and scoring two runs, as well as pitching five innings on the mound and striking out 10. Trott had an RBI single in the third. Singer went 1-for-1 and scored a run on top of the eventual game-winning run. Aiden Lerner-Morelle finished with four RBI. Forney and Jack Albanese both went 1-for-2. Eli Charatz roped a double. For Canandaigua, Nate Barone and Trevor LaFlam both went 2-for-4. Barone crossed home three times, while LaFlam drove in three. Matt Pawlicki went 1-for-4. Nathan Brinza went 1-for-3 and drove in two to round out the Braves’ offense.

Greece Odyssey/Olympia scored all 11 of its runs in the second, third and fourth to win its second game. Angelo Ubal earned the victory for the Griffins, going five innings, scattering four hits while fanning two. Ubal also had a two-run single and swiped a bag on offense. Ty Van Epps paced the Griffins offense, tallying two hits in four at-bats and crossed home twice. Alex Frisone went 1-for-2 with a two-RBI double, stealing four bases and scoring three runs. Frisone also hurled one inning, striking out three. Tyler Ashton scored two runs. James Schlueter reached base safely three times and stole two bases. For Edison, Jose Alvarex scored twice.

Aidan Neenan and Matt Meacham both went 2-for-4 to lead Honeoye Falls-Lima to its fifth win. Neenan scored two runs and swiped a bag. Meacham had a double, an RBI and stole two bases. Nate Weber pitched five innings to pick up the win. Mitch Martini came in relief and was credited with the save.

Tyler Wolcott twirled a gem, going six innings, giving up two runs (none earned) on four hits and fanning nine to lead Palmyra-Macedon. Wolcott also went 1-for-4 at the plate with a double and two runs scored. Christian Morisson led the Red Raiders in hits, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and crossing home twice. Noah Brooks had a double and a run scored. Henry Carlett went 1-for-3. For Newark, Max Youngman went 2-for-4 to lead the Reds in hits. Cody Forjoneu and Mason Stone both went 1-for-3. Alex Bernardi and Jose Ventura both tallied singles.

Michael Prentice trotted home on a walk-off balk as Wayne erased a three-run seventh-inning deficit. Prentice reached third via a steal and an error. In the seventh inning, Prentice led off with a walk, followed by Peter Treasure Jr reaching on an error and Michael Grasso getting hit by a pitch. That set up an RBI single by Tyler Mudge, followed by a two-RBI double by Sean Nellis to knot the game up at seven. Nellis totaled three doubles in four at-bats on the day. Brady Ruffell went a perfect 3-for-3 and crossed home once. Mudge went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, as well as pitching five innings on the mound and struck out ten. Ben Leone tallied a two-RBI double in the second to open the scoring for the Eagles. For Waterloo, Hayden Linnehan led the way, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and scoring twice. Dylan Bienvenue and Casey Burcroff both went 1-for-4. Matthew Leeber also went 1-for-4 and had two RBI.

Hudson Volpe dropped down a bunt single that saw an errant throw bring home Evan Masten to give Avon the win. Masten reached on an error to lead off the inning, then advanced to second on a passed ball to put himself in scoring position before the bunt. Masten also had a double in the first, the other hit for Avon. Masten also threw a complete game gem, fanning nine and allowing two hits. Alex Spezzano matched Masten for most of the game, going all eight innings, striking out six.

Connor Benitez hurled a complete game shutout, fanning five and did not allow a walk to lead Livonia. The Bulldogs used an eight-run outburst in the second to give them all the offense they needed. Benitez also went 2-for-3 and drove in two to help himself at the plate. Jack Kearney had two hits in three at-bats and scored two runs. Brady O’Keefe went 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Ethan Loop drove in one with a single in the top of the seventh to tie the game, then later Dolan Cotter drove in two with a two-out single to put Wayland-Cohocton up for good. In the bottom of the seventh, Dansville managed to scratch across a run before Tony Schirmer came in relief for the Eagles and stranded the bases loaded.

Walker Briggs drove in four for Perry as the Yellowjackets snapped a six-game skid. Bryce Tallman hurled five innings and fanned 10 batters. Tallman also had two RBI and scored twice from the offensive side. Brad Parsons came on in relief and picked up the win. Tyler Harvey had an RBI and tallied three runs. Jordan Brown and Parsons both drove in runs. Beau Slocum scored twice. Trenton Washburn and Wyatt Arbo both crossed home once for the Yellowjackets.

Jake Cornell connected on a one-out, walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh as Warsaw erased an early three-run deficit to win its fourth straight. In the seventh, Cole Liebler led off with a single, then a sac-bunt by Patrick Klump moved Liebler into scoring position before Cornell’s walk-off hit. Klump also hurled a complete game on the mound, whiffing six and allowing three earned runs on four hits. Dom Fanard went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI. Mason McClurg and Alex May both tallied two hits in three at-bats and scored a run. Cornell went 2-for-4 in the game. For Caledonia-Mumford, Luke Donaghue and Patrick Navarra both went 2-for-3. Donaghue drove in one and Navarra had a triple.

Derek Geronimo connected on a walk-off RBI double as East Rochester staved off a late comeback and win its seventh game. Noah Wollschleger finished the game on the mound, hurling the last two innings and earning the win.

Spencer Bloomer hurled 5.1 innings, giving up three runs (two earned) as well as striking out 10 as Clyde-Savannah cruised to victory. Bloomer also went 1-for-2 at the plate with an RBI triple. Tim Henry pitched the final five outs, striking out three, Garret Carr went 2-for-3 with a walk and three runs scored to pace the Clyde-Savannah offense. For Wilson Magnet, Joseph Baldrich went 1-for-3 with a double and two RBI.

Bodie Hyde and Austin Pangrazio both tallied a hit and drove in runs. Hyde scored three runs. Shaun Alexander and Sam Dinsmore both went 1-for-3 with a single. Braeden Tuper, Marquez Wigent and Garrett Barron all went a perfect 2-for-2 as Sodus rolled to its ninth win and remain unbeaten. The Spartans exploded for six runs in the first and third innings to power the offense. Evan Laird and Jed Bodine led off with back-to-back doubles, followed by a Jacob Laird triple, then a Logan Bulman double to put Sodus up 3-0 early. Tuper and Wigent both singled after and came around to score, rounding out the scoring in the frame. Tuper drove in three in the game, while Bulman and Barron tallied two. Bulman also had a single in the third for the Spartans. Evan Laird went 2-for-4 and had another double that drove in one in the third. Henry Cromartie crossed home once.

Charlie Grove smacked two singles in three at-bats and drove in three as Naples won its sixth game in a row. Cade Rathbun went 2-for-4 and tallied two singles alongside driving in one. Drew Reigelsperger threw six innings, allowing five runs (three earned) and fanned four for the Big Green Machine. Rowan Briggs relieved Reigelsperger and picked up the save in the seventh. Grady Grove and Donivan Todd both went 1-for-4 with a single. Oliver Bruin tallied an RBI. For Keshequa, Nathan Thayer went 3-for-3 with two RBI and a double to lead the Indians. Owen Pike, Grey Miller and Douglas Hesse all had two hits in four at-bats for Keshequa. Miller also provided 2.1 no-hit innings of relief for the Indians. Nolan Therrien went 3-for-3 with a sacrifice fly and an RBI. Wes Sanford went 3-for-4, scoring two runs and stealing two bases.
