Jaelyn Giles led five players in double figures with 20 points as East High continued rolling with five straight victories. The senior guard ignited the Eagles with 13 second-half points, including nine in the fourth quarter. Giles totaled eight field goals and five assists as well. Ali’Yana Robinson followed up with 11 points and five dimes. The sophomore guard converted four shots and two free throws. Gabriella Brown-Sturdviant, Ayasha Cherry and Nevaeh Grisham all chipped in 10 points. Brown-Sturdviant dished out 10 assists for a double-double. Grisham amassed eight steals. For Wilson Magnet, senior guard Breanna Majors-Brown led with 17 points. Jazlynn Logan and Maya Williams combined for 49 points as School Of The Arts swept the season series with Edison Tech and collected its sixth win in the last seven games. Williams dominated with a double-double of 26 points and 15 rebounds along with four assists, four blocks and two steals. Logan flirted with a triple-double, recording 23 points, eight dimes, seven boards and a swipe. Freshman center Precious Grant stuffed the stat sheet with three points, seven rebounds, four assists, two thefts and a pair of rejections. Son’ger McCullough (6) and Kayona Toney (6) rounded out the scoring for the Silverhawks.

Eighth-grade guard Alyssa Marsh exploded for 32 points, 10 rebounds, 10 steals and an assist to lead Lima Christian in snapping a two-game skid. Lillian Herring and Genesis Leathersich both followed up with 10 points. Herring dished out six dimes, swiped five steals and grabbed two boards. Leathersich collected four thefts, three rebounds, one assist and a rejection. Despite only scoring one point, junior center Abigail Britton accumulated 12 boards, five blocks and two steals. For Honeoye, junior guard Ava Higgins led with 17 points. Sophomore forward Ashley Thomas provided 15 points. Natalie Cotroneo provided 11 points and two swipes. Sophomore forward Lily Carroll posted a double-double of 10 points and 12 rebounds along with six dimes. Katie Bootes (8), Tori Brooks (6) and Aliysiah Clark (3) rounded out the scoring for the Wildcats.

Kennedy Fries and Sarina McDowell combined for 30 points as Avon grinded out its third win in the last four games. Fries led with 16 points while McDowell finished with 14. Junior forward Maggie Vanderbilt had six points. For Letchworth, senior guard Morgan Brace led with seven points.
