Ella Clark scored seven and Karlee Hargather had six. Ella Simonelli (2) and Ashlee Carter (1) also contributed for the Cadets. For Webster Thomas, Ruby Marrapese scored 12 and Mady Kelly tacked on 10. Kristina Baller and Maggie Smith both had seven, and Ella Wambach chipped in four.

Danielle Mooney, Gabriela Esposito and Kate Crowley each scored nine points for Pittsford Mendon as the Vikings took a 27-12 lead at the end of the first half. Mooney had five points and a triple in a 15-6 Vikings’ first quarter, and both Esposito and Crowley went 3-for-4 from the foul line. Paige Glantz added eight, while Natalie Mai (4) shot 4-for-4 from the line and Camryn DelGallego (4) tacked on both her free throw attempts in the second quarter. Brooke Browler (2), Julia Dickinson (2) and Emma Giordano also scored for Mendon. For Gates-Chili, Mysha Moses registered a game-high 18 points including nine in a 15-point third quarter to help pull the Spartans within six, 33-27. The senior went 4-for-6 from the line, and India Williams scored seven and shot 3-for-6 from the line. Melice Gray added five, and Dior Powell (4) and Emily McManus (2) rounded out the Spartans’ scoring.

Jackie Funk and Grace Alexander scored 27 first-half points to help Penfield take a 45-15 lead into the break, extending the Patriots winning streak to 12 games. Funk finished with 21 points and Alexander added 15. Emily Fordham chipped in 14 and Lena Lipani tacked on 10. Ashley Kalvitis scored six and Cassidy Cone had three. For Hamburg, Virginia Tech commit, Clara Strack poured in a game-high 30 points.

Allie Frederickson notched five of her nine points in the first stanza, and Faith Pasquantonio scored all of six points after the break. Anna Lydon added two. Marisa Roides scored 17 points and grabbed five boards. Ava Amorese (4), Gracie Boudreau (3), Emma Brogan (2) and Maddy DeVore (1) each contributed for the Raiders. For York, Rylee Cuozzo led the Knights with 18 points and Tessa Rodwell added 10. Isabel Laney tacked on seven and Evelyn Smith chipped in six. Alaina Englert added five to round out the scoring for York.

Kali Meyer finished with 11 points, four steals, two assists and one block. Taylor Hamsher scored five and swiped a team-high five steals, to go with three rebounds and one assist. Megan Tyler (4) grabbed nine boards and swiped a steal, and Emma Allen (4) had four rebounds and a steal. Mia Cady tacked on two points and two boards, and Emma Butters chipped in two. Eleni Mountzouros pulled down four rebounds and had an assist. For Wayland-Cohocton, eighth grader Kaitlyn House led the Eagles with eight points.

Kingsley finished with 20 points, six rebounds, four blocks, three assists and two steals, and Zinkievich totaled 18 points, six boards, three steals and two assists. Kylie Conway added eight points, four steals and two rebounds. Ella Tillotson scored four and dished out a team-high 11 boards to go with four boards, four steals and a block. Makayla Washburn had four points, three rebounds, two assists and one steal. Lia Lombardo (2) swiped three steals and had an assist, and Kaylee Tundo (2) had one board.

Taryn Goodness scored 22 points to carry Palmyra-Macedon to its seventh straight win. The sophomore tallied seven rebounds, four assists and one steal, and Marianna Hodgins recorded a double-double with 12 points, 15 boards, two steals, one assist and a block. Erika Mitchell scored nine and grabbed three rebounds, while Julia Belanger added seven points, four rebounds, one assist and one steal. Freshman Georgia Wirth had six points, six rebounds, two assists and a steal, and Molly Seither contributed six points, four boards, two assists and one steal. For Waterloo, Morgan Caraballo had a game-high 29 points and Jazzmyn Lewis scored 12. Natalie DiSanto added 10, and Addison Bree, Maci Mueller and Logan Amidon each had two for the Tigers. The loss ended Waterloo’s 47-game unbeaten streak against Section V teams. The Tigers last defeat came on March 2, 2020, when the Red Raiders downed the Tigers in the Class B1 semifinals.

McCulley and Tomidy both converted 8-of-10 free throws.

With the win, the Bees snapped a four-game winless streak.
